"The table arrived broken right before Christmas. They sent a replacement 2 weeks later but it also arrived broken, before even reaching our living room. This is beyond ridiculous! They now refused to refund the money immediately for delivering broken items TWICE, quoting they need approval from their manager etc. Worst customer service and product!\r\nNote: Customer service went above and beyond to make up lies about us refusing replacement when the item was taken away by their delivery team because it was smashed into pieces and unsafe to even unpack. This company is a FRAUD. You can't even write reviews and post photos of their broken items on their website."
