Initially I took out a subscription to the gin club in 2021 and thought it was great but since last year (July 2024) they have let their standards slip. No tracking emails for my gin, take payment then don't send the gin. I had to make a claim through paypal to try and get a refund and only then did they contact me. I've contacted customer service with questions but never get a reply. I asked three times if the reward scheme was still active and whether it was possible to only get full sugar mixers (not light/low calorie) due to allergies but still no answer. I contacted customer service for the final time this month (November) to complain about the appalling service I've received and said due to this I was going to cancel my subscription. The very next day I got a reply saying thanks for your custom and I've cancelled your subscription. So they obviously don't care about their customers or they would've tried to resolve my issues. It's an appalling way to treat customers and not a good way to run a business.

Bought a 3 month gin subscription as a gift in august. First one finally arrived in October. Nothing since, no comms. What a swizz and very embarrassing

Absolute joke I’ve taken out a 3 month subscription for the rum in August after chasing them up I finally got my first bottle in October unfortunately that is the only bottle I have received .i did receive a code for 10£ off my next order as an apology but do they really think I’m going to spend more money for this kind of service

I ordered and paid for a bottle of gin, never received it, chased them up twice, and have only now seen they refunded my payment the day after placing the order, without letting me know. The bottle was a gift for someone, so this was a real issue not to be notified it would not arrive. Terrible - non-existent - communication.

I ordered a bottle of whisky from them and then had the message that DPD had it. I went to DPD and was informed that it had been sent back. I have asked Craft 56 why and have received no reply. I wish I had read trustpilot before and I would have gone nowhere near this firm. This is my first and last order with this firm. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered once with them before and order arrived ok, so decided to order again. Both bottles I ordered arrived with a broken seal, and it looked like some of the liquid was missing. (Fill level was 1-2cm below neck) I emailed them a couple of times. After which I got one reply saying I might have unsealed them as I got it out of the box. Which I didn't, as I noticed it immediately as I took the first bottle out, and noticed it on the second. After which I emailed them several times, but no response from them in 3 weeks. Bottles were quite cheap, but what does price matter if its not even safe to drink. Very disappointing being treated like this. Lesson learned.

Rubbish website. Too much rubbish Scottish whisky and none of the better quality whisky/whiskey from Ireland which is the home of whiskey. I’d avoid here as it seems discrimination against the Irish.

Was delighted with the choice and price, however, almost 2 weeks later I have yet to receive my order. Parted with over £100 and can't even get a reply via messenger, email or the 'contact us' facility on the website. Extremely annoyed and disappointed!

Zero communication. Failed to deliver on-time. I placed the ordered on a weekend and paid quite a lot for Express 1-2 day delivery, so expected delivery on the Tuesday or Wednesday. It's now a week since I placed the order and still nothing: no delivery, no communication, no explanation. This was a gift and has missed the special day. Emails are never answered. Absolutely hopeless.

Probably legit company but just incompetent. Said you’d get 10% off by signing up but no code came. No response to emails. Took order which said if you order by 1pm you’d get same day despatch - no despatch notification. Took the money. Two days later refunded order presumably due to no stock despite still being listed on website. No communication/explanation/apology. Seems like lots of people encountered this issue on different orders. Wouldn’t order from them again.

I placed an order 1/6/24 and never received my items. I have only received a confirmation of purchase email, saying they would let me know when it’s on the way, ideally within 24 hours, with a 3-5 day delivery estimate. I have sent several emails, filled in their online form, and tried their phone number but no one has replied to me. This was a gift for someone so this whole experience is very disappointing.

After placing my order,I have realised ,that the item I have ordered ,was much cheaper somewhere else. I have send a message twice, to cancel the order,but I have received a reply,the order has not been cancelled and I had the item deliverer today Not happy,very poor customer service (in fact ,non existing customer service)

This was purchased and sent as a gift. Therefore I cannot comment or review. The 1 star is no reflection on Craft56 but purely to enable submission by sender of the gift and is not the person this has been sent to.
