I placed an order with Craft56 on the 25th of June, I received tracking from DPD on the 27th. The status as of the 1st July was still showing that DPD was still awaiting receipt of my parcel, so I had to email Craft56 to address this. I didn't receive a reply back, but was notified by DPD that my parcel was now out for delivery the following day, but as I was going on holiday I had to rearrange delivery for the following week which was inconvenient. I was also refunded an item which had obviously gone out of stock because they clearly hadn't proceed or shipped my order when they initially stated they had. Quite disappointing, but I was happy enough with the items I did at least receive.

Pretty poor experience overall. I ordered 7 bottles of spirits because they had a flash sale on. The website said if I order within 30 minutes they would dispatch the items same day. This never happened. Having looked at the other bad reviews, this concerned me, so I used the contact form on the website to enquire whether there was an issue with the order. No one replied, and by the looks of it, they probably never will. I don't think anyone's monitoring the emails. The order was dispatched 2 days later on a supposed next day service but that was not the case either. I received it today (4 days later) and one of the items is missing. I won't even bother to chase this up as I know I will not get a response. It was only a tonic water priced at £1.35 which I only added to get free delivery for spending over £100. Unfortunatley the 10% discount for subscribing is misleading too. Using it removes the free delivery and adds a £5 delivery charge. Pretty poor when you've spent £100. Overall a poor and misleading experience. I wouldn't trust them with another order.

Disappointed. No product sent, no explanation, just notification of refund. In fairness, refund sent quite quickly...

Thanks for your review - sorry to hear the order has not been delivered yet. The order has been held up in the backlog caused by the Royal Mail strike action. Following your order on Saturday, your order was dispatched on Monday when Royal Mail returned after the strikes on Thursday and Friday. Wednesday and Thursday this week were also strike days so the backlog did not have a chance to clear. The next strike day is not until Friday 9th so the backlog can be cleared and I expect your order to be delivered over the coming days. Best wishes Ally

Arrived quickly. Reason for 2 stars is the product was slightly more expensive than other websites but I ordered as they were offering a free gift of a matching glass. The glass was never sent and no response to my emails asking when I’d receive it.

Well my very first order was good, but my second order I’m still waiting to be delivered. Apparently it’s in limbo, order number 000009683. Still waiting. And it’s been over five days.

The bottle of gin (which I bougt) was wet, becouse the gin pour out thrue the cork.
