I walk a lot, Craghoppers have the best of hiking trousers for all seasons Zip offs for summer, lined for winter. The fit is perfect, I need a short leg, they have them The company have some interesting outer garments for hiking. I got lots!!

Bought a dynamic 12000 jacket of theirs on clearance at sun and ski (discounted by 130 dollars to 70 bucks). For the price I paid at checkout its a high quality jacket, and the warranty on it also made it a worthwhile buy. My only complaint is the designers made the pockets way too high up. I usually rest my hands in the pockets of my jacket on cold days for warmth, this design prevents me from doing that. Otherwise the material seems very sturdy yet flexible, and I think the fit is fantastic.

Have ordered a Bishorn mens Parka . We have had a problem with the main zip not engaging properly. We returned it and ordered a second parka and this was exactly the same. We are very disappointed as we love the jacket but cannot get the zip to work. Looks as though we will have to return the second one.r

I ordered a pair of pants and saw a notation on the website that British sizing is often smaller than US sizing only a few minutes after I submitted the order. I immediately sent an email to the customer service division and requested my order be cancelled. The next day, I chatted with Cragstopper representative Uso since I had not received a reply regarding my initial email and knew that timing is critical in cancelling my order. Uso checked to see if my order could be cancelled, and she implied it could be cancelled and she would send an email once the request was handled. I later updated my chat with an additional question regarding the status of my cancellation request since I had not heard anything back several hours later. The next day, I sent an email to Craghopper customer service to get an update on my cancellation request. I never received an email from Uso or any customer service person. Later that day, I received an email that my order had been dispatched. I ended up returning the pants because they are too small (as I expected) and have incurred the return fee and the cost of a mailing package. Both of the costs are minimal so I am not overly concerned with them, but I am annoyed I never received any reply from Craghoppers regarding my emails or following my chat with Uso. I sent a final email to the email address on their website for issues that were not handled well at the customer service level. That email was returned as undeliverable.... Geez.... Craghoppers is a loser company from all angles. The product itself may be good, but I won't deal with them again due to their lack of customer support. This has been a disappointing first experience with Cragstopper.

I've purchased Craghoppers products for years. Unfurnished in recent times, the quality their products had gone downhill. I purchased the Bishorn parka, which could have been a great item but is let down by technical issues such as sleeves riding up and not being long enough. The Apollo hooded top started piling after two wears. When this is coupled with terrible customer service and appalling logistics, they've really started to let themselves down. Once great, now going the same way as other companies, cheap and cutting corners.

Your supposed “owner” of your Merrimack NH store was the rudest and most vulgar slob I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with, in any retail business. He knows nothing about customer service or the word “polite”. I heard him literally yelling at people the whole time I was in the store shopping. When I asked him about using the dressing room, his response was curt and rude.. THEN come time to pay for about $200 of merchandise, he watched me and my friend, like a hawk, while at the register. The young man behind the register had no clue how to bag items that could easily damage, safely. When I made a POLITE suggestion to place those items in between the clothing, this fat, dumpy dressed owner, had the audacity to YELL at me very loudly, to not talk to his employees that way. I was in no way impolite to this young man. I told him not to talk to customers in his tone, and this jerk not only kicked me out, would not let me purchase th e items, he continued to yell, curse, and name calling at me the whole time, when I left. This man dressed in a T-shirt and jeans, claims to own this store, clearly a franchise. Graghopper CEOs need to TRAIN their franchise owners CUSTOMER SERVICE and how to be POLITE and PROFESSIONAL, and learn how to DRESS appropriately for a public business! You lost $200+, and will NEVER get my business. This guy has serious personality disorders, and doesn’t belong in retail! My friend was also mortified at how he was yelling at me. Even an employee told him not to talk like that. What kind of business are you people running??? Buyers beware, this man is a slob, loud, and crude! This experience is NOT WORTH the discounts! Looking at all these other reviews, it’s obvious that Craghopper holds NO value in Customer Service. They just lost my business forever.

Will not be shopping at this store. Had an unpleasant experience with an employee at the Merrimack NH outlet- he was rude. Please train your employees on how to be professional and have some tact when speaking with customers.

ordered 2 pairs of trousers - tracking information showed that after 3 weeks they were delivered and signed for - BUT I did not receive or sign for anything . Customer service useless - no evidence from them of delivery or of signature - said they would send again but then nothing heard at all.

Ordered an item for next day delivery but Craghoppers took too long to dispatch so the courier didn’t receive on time - don’t offer a service you can’t deliver on!

Everything went wrong no communication never received my order. Then my card was scammed for £25,400 which was not successful. Please do not use this company.

Very bad company! Never order here! Did purchase 4 items for 132 Euro's they deducted 162 Euro's....excuses VAT and exchange rate. Nowhere mentioned and not on order confimation which was in Euro's. Ordered 4 pieces of clothing received 1 fake wallet with value of 5$ acc to the papers. Received it after paying 7+ Euro's import tax! Did complain, received appologizes and info that items were no longer on stock. Still available on webshop also in sizes ordered..... Did receive proposal of 50% refund and could keep the fake wallet of 5$.....WTF???? Did not accept but was already acceptional according customer service. No refund received yet.

I cannot return articles. ReBound cannot find my order although all details are correct and customer service does not reply to any attempt to contact them. Will never buy from them again.

They have the worst customer service. They waited almost 2 weeks to let me know they were canceling my order and that was only because I contacted them. Theyvsaid they were out of stock, but they immediately said that I could reorder them because they were now back in stock somehow. They offered me a 20% discount for my inconvenience which meant that I could order them again 2 weeks late for the same price, because I had used a 20% promo code when I originally ordered them. Also I found out that if you want a quick respone from them you need to post negative reviews, otherwise they will make you wait 3 days for a response.

Cancelled my whole order as apparently the price of one of the items was incorrect on their website. They then held onto my money (£120) for a full 10 days. No response to emails, and no phone number available on their website. Totally unacceptable, either honour the order to keep a regular customer happy, or refund more promptly. Will not be buying from craghoppers or your other brands (dare2b, regatta) again.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! They use EVRI for delivery, it’s very likely your item will be lost in the post and then craghoppers will not be interested in sorting it out.It’s a scam delivery company that will steal the product, you can then only chase craghoppers who are just not interested. Very disappointed that my wife’s Xmas present is being worn by an EVRI employee somewhere. My first and last order. You can’t call the company!
