“I found Credit fix staff very informative & knowledgeable, they answered any questions I had I language that I could understand. They gave me an in-depth explanation of the how the process would work and what would happen if not successful in my application. My only dislike is the automated answer system, before you actually are able to speak to a real person. I understand that there a lot of people in my situation, but if we are allocated a dedicated customer care associate with a direct dial number in case of any situation which may arise would be better.”

“Credit Fix has helped me to manage all my debt and hopefully see the light at the end of the tunnel in 5 years time. Thank you so much for your prompt and friendly service, all members of your staff are lovely. From start to finish took less than 1 week, before my creditors where happy with the Final decision. So easy too do from start to Finish, wish I would have got financial help many years ago. Thank you so much to all staff at CreditFix.”

“I was in so much trouble after becoming sick I could not afford to look after my children or pay bills I was just getting in more and more debt with credit cards. Then I found creditfix and its like everything has just disappeared the stress of all the debts have just gone and now I can enjoy my children without worrying about how I'm going to pay for their next meal deals on things”
