Thanks to RESUC ORG a lawsuit cyber security firm whom assisted me to recoup my frozen account. I had lost all hope and didn't believe I would recover my £22,677 after I filed a case with them, I wasn't even charged a dime it was all a legal procedure I undertook and within a week I got reimbursed

I was frantic to get my credit reports fixed. In the past, I had experience with MSI credit and Lexington law. They took some items away, but I still had some negative and collection accounts. When I saw the tag GASPER TIME RESEARCH in a few of the Facebook reviews, I decided to get in touch with the company. They replied and told me to text them on their direct number, which I did as soon as possible. When we started conversing, they gave me a clear explanation of the credit repair procedure, and I decided to deal with them. After a few days, I received a call asking me to check my profile online to verify that the process was finished and ready for use. Wow! I checked and saw that my score had increased to 788 while all of the negative and collection accounts had been eliminated. That was precisely what I desired, and it was undoubtedly the nicest thing to occur in my life since falling into depression due to my poor credit. I contacted them once more to fix my wife's credit profile and my Chex system, and they came through once more. gasper research comes highly recommended for any type of credit repair work. Hey Guys, I want to use this platform to thank GOLD credit for improving my credit score to excellent. Dont miss out on getting your credit repaired with the right person. Gold credit fix has helped I and my friends with our credit in the past 3 months and he always comes through. He permanently expunged all the negative items on my credit report and increased my score to 790 on all the 3 bureaus . With Knightsbridge insolvency and had an email saying creditfix had taken a payment. Had to do some digging to find out they have taken over Knightsbridge. Some correspondence would have been nice to say you had taken over. I have 13 months left on my IVA. Hope this changeover will not affect it!

When it becomes a struggle, I find the support poor. I have submitted 2 income / expenditures with no response. Yet, they are quick to contact me if a payment is missed. I find Leanne I have spoken to quite rude and unfriendly . My step-dad is currently doing a debt repayment with Stepchange who I believe to be more supportive.

It hasnt so far.. They took over my case from another company, i had a choice sign the form Or not..either way it is happening.i asked for the company to ring me 2 months ago and am still waiting for the phone call.lack of communication, yes their taking my money every month but im still unhappy over certain issues

Initial contact was fantastic and i was informed exactly what was going to happen and what other options may be available to me so to that end, it was very good. However, i have since tried to call and i have emailed Creditfix several times and i have not had a response to any of my emails which contained questions and i have not been able to speak to the same person with whom i had the initial contact. Time will tell what my experience is going to be during the lifetime of the IVA

I'm happy for the help I have received to get me out of my debt but I don't feel like I have been told enough about what's happening with the whole process.

Clear explanation of processes initially. Questions answered fully. Quick response to email queries. Regular updates would be useful. I'm still unsure as to where the process is up to so maybe a weekly email update would be useful.
