I found the beginning of the process easy, but there wasn't enough support, whilst the iva was waiting to be processed, I found that I had to send copies of the IVA agreement to the company's I owed money to.

i would just like to say that I am happy that I joined creditfix on an I V A basis, but as for communicating with me as a customer , I am afraid this is very poor. I have rang in the past to ask about progress with my case, but am unsure as where I stand when my iva is finished, is it 5 years or six?. am I completely debt free after or are my creditors able to pusue me after my term. I have never missed a payment in the years this has been running, I just need to be reassured that I am doing the right thing.

At first service was great, all my creditors seemed to be getting dealt with however about a year into my agreement my creditors started contacting me again demanding payment. When I called creditfix to speak to someone I was told "yeah we wrote to them at the start of your agreement but they never replied" Surely the person handling my case/agreement should be ensuring that all creditors acknowledge notifications of agreements? Or maybe attempt to contact them more than once?

Trying to get answers to questions - hopeless. Trying to get them not to ring mobile number - had to make a complaint to get this rectified! Having a named person - once all active you lose this and are expected to talk to anyone! Wish I hadn't gone with CreditFix expecially after finding out that they very nearly lost their licence and that the company they use to do PPI checks is the parent company and they take 35% of any PPI compensation!

Before creditfix we had a DMP with another company, When we first swapped over to creditfix we had an appointed person of contact, but as time has gone on this has appeared to not now be the case, we do not receive calls nor are we able to track, report changes to circumstances via an online account, which we were able to do with the previous company,so i guess it is a case that after a short period of time current customers ( if you can call it that ) are dropped down the page in favour of attracting new business, as long as we are making payments regularly and on time that is good enough for your company and we can then be forgotten until the next payment is due. I realise that " yes " due to circumstances we are in this position but we do not have the feeling that there is a team there to back us up and offer advice, all the hard work has been done and we have signed up and you are getting the related income for that, but maybe a little more support would not be a bad thing.

It would be good and a great service if your company actually got my name right

My creditors have stopped harrasing me, I have manged to keep my monthly payment without any great struggle and can now see an end to my debt problems. The only down side is seeing that I have had over £3000 PPI refunded and received none of this myself (even after being told that I would get some) I wish I had waited before voluntarily entering into the agreement.

Since my agreement nearly 2 years ago the only correspondence I get is annual statements. I also do not like that it shows on my bank statement the case holders name rather than the company name. I paid for the quick service which I was told would take 5-6 weeks but instead took nearly 3 months. I'd said my preferred payment date which has been completely ignored and the monthly direct debit comes out the week prior to payday which is not the greatest

Service was very good at the start but seemed to be less interested at the start of the second year.
