I have sent in letters from my debtors but don't receive any confirmation that you have received them I have still not heard from the other firm that is help my case

I feel as though ,once involved there is not much feedback detailing how things are going.i still get letters etc and even people calling me about debt

Even though it is nearly the end of February I am still having letters and Default Notices through my door for the Creditors you are supposed to be handling on my behalf! My agreed amount is being paid in regularly. I am keeping my half of the bargain - please keep your half. Thank You mo Eden

I suggest using differant pitch team the guy that came to the house the day that i signed up for the trust dead wasnt compleatly honest with us which lead to about a month worth of confusion about myself and my partners liability for the debt that we owed the customer care from the credit fix team did help and it was sorted out eventually but we did have to sort it ourseves credit fix had no details of the reps company as it was not an actual credit fix rep that came to see us

They were great during the initial set up but I am still receiving payment demand letters from some of my creditors and I have repeatedly told creditfix about this and it does not seem as if they have sorted it yet, so it's quite disappointing.

When I first contacted Credifix I was well support and made feel that my issue would be resolved. Throughout my IVA I kept in touch with a member of staff. At any given time I was told I would be charged for the service which I thought it was unusual as I thought it was a government funded scheme. I was happy to get my issue resolved until a few weeks ago I received several phone calls and a harsh letter to contact one of the PPI institutions. As I declined the service I was offered, the way I was treated also changed. Summarising, I hoped I was told straight ahead the services are chargeable, and I would like that in the future other clients will not get pressured to do something they do not wish.

The enitial meeting with your advisor was good but it would be better if when they arrived at your door that they didn't announce to the whole street that they are here to sort out your debt. Also it would be nice if you could get our names correct on future emails. Regards Craig Leslie Grant Kim Theresa Grant

Good that I know what comes out of my?bank each month,but doesn't leave me much extra. I need new glasses and shoes but I can't get them. I was told I could take payment breaks when I needed to, but they don't make it easy to do this. So I don't know what to do. I find it harder to get help off them now that I have signed up.

A have been with you but disagree the way you habdle things.A got a tex saying a was in arears as the back was paying it on the 30th and not the 1st.also as ma wages were arrested for the first 2 month a was told to make it after that to get the bank to start paying as was unfair to have to pay both.but yous still put it across as if it wasnt geting payed to a colector not a happy bunny with that

I'm still getting threatening letters from Aqua and they are adding interest. I don't know whether you never contacted them as we arranged.
