“I was really struggling, having sleepless nights, constant worries and when I got the courage to phone credit fix, I spoke to friendly staff who assured me that there is a solution, every member of staff I've spoken to have been extremely pleasant and have helped me with anything I was concerned about.”

“From the moment I made the enquiry I have been fast tracked through the tunnel to the light at the end with the utmost compassion and professionalism. This is the best thing I've ever done. Three years ago I had savings and a life. A couple of bad decisions later and my finances were running away from me at a rate I couldn't control. After months of worry and sleepless nights I am now starting to relax and planning to start living again. Yes I feel guilty but I'm not the first and I don't expect I'll be the last. With the help of these brilliant people I am finally starting to smile again.”
