“I got scammed of $47k on a bitcoin investment platform. It turned out the platform operated as a Ponzi scheme. I reported to the authorities and was made to write a series of statements which they didn't follow through, hence delaying the investigation. “I have been making regular payments on a loan that was opened in January 2021, but my lender did not report my account to the credit bureaus until September same year. When this account popped up on my credit report, it showed that I had only made two payments even though I had not missed a single payment. I filed a dispute with the credit bureaus and contacted my lender to fix the problem on my credit report. They've been back and forth for months now with no signs of repair. “I had a default judgment against me back in 2012 and recently I received a summons for the judgment (it was still within statute of limitations). I was willing to settle it.
