“The lady who spoke to me helped me understand how I can improve my credit rating. She took her time to explain everything in detail referring to my credit account and explaining why my credit rating was low and she advised me what I can do to help improve it . She will be contacting me early next year to follow up on the plan and to making sure that everything goes well.Thank you for your great customer service . I made the right decision subscribing to your service .”

“though i had no need of the services in the end, i found Rebecca, the young lady who discussed things with me and initially called to help my close the account, to be polite, well mannered and an enjoyable person. she didnot push but made things simple and easy to understand.”
