"J'ai achet\u00e9 le 25 juillet une Cricut refurbished de couleur MENTHE. Lors de ma commande en ligne, il \u00e9tait bien sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9 la couleur. J'ai attendu plusieurs semaines avant de commander car je voulais sp\u00e9cifiquement cette couleur. Plusieurs semaines plus tard, pas de nouvelles. J'envoie un courriel, on me dit qu'on me reviendra, mais pas de nouvelles une semaine plus tard. J'appelle, on me dit que ma commande sera livr\u00e9e d'ici quelques jours. Quelle surprise de recevoir une Cricut couleur ROSE. Je les contacte et on me r\u00e9pond qu'ils peuvent remplacer le produit s'il est manquant par n'importe quelle couleur. Personne ne m'a jamais offert de remboursement ni m\u00eame avis\u00e9 que la couleur allait \u00eatre diff\u00e9rente. Je n'ai pas besoin de vous dire qu'avoir su, j'aurais achet\u00e9 ailleurs. \u00c0 l'heure actuelle, malgr\u00e9 plus de 6 \u00e9changes avec eux, ils n'offrent aucune compensation et je suis simplement prise avec une couleur que je n'aime pas. Voil\u00e0 le super service \u00e0 la client\u00e8le de Cricut !"

"Cricut charged my card without my AUTHORIZATION then trying to convince me I\u2019m on auto renew (which I\u2019m NOT)! I ordered and paid for Access in May, then I saw a charge on my card for July!! Reached out to Cricut and their explanation they didn\u2019t charge me\/forget to charge me for June! Then the ap is telling me I have NO ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTION!! Bunch of THEIVES!!"
