“Do not use, various issues with this company from my personal poor experiences and do not come clean when responding to negative reviews. Overpriced and under designed so go elsewhere as there are a lot of more competitively priced companies out there!”
“On the day of fitting the team could not finish the work due to not having all the correct fittings and had to return the following week. On the day after fitting it rained and there were two leaks. We have contacted crocodile on many times to report the leaks and many weeks later the leaks have still not been fixed.”
“Salesman refused to leave my confused, elderly mother's house until she agreed to buy a veranda (with a bodged design) and gave a large deposit. Then when she subsequently said that she didn't want the veranda they refused to return the deposit. Crocodile are a bunch of predatory crocodiles. Avoid like the plague!”
“Terrible company that makes appointment for installation then claims it was earliest week beginning …. temporary date and can take a few more weeks. Lies and totally unprofessional”
“If you have any sense you will not use this company. It is worth reporting to one of those BBC dodgy builders prorammes.
A lot went wrong with ours - the length of the installation, the quality of it, the fact they are not honest or diligent in communications and surveys, the price of the structure, etc. Stay away and keep your money as refunds are not easy!
Even if finished this is far from what it looks like in the pictures and marketing. A conservatory is a better value and the gaps will let insects/ wildlife in - not explained in the sales pitch. Doors are tricky to move and clean, you will have to replace this whole thing in few years even after spending thousands on it. The worst is that you are not dealing with people who are honest, just want a quick buck whatever you as a customer might have experienced! they keep deleting revies from their FB page and only publish the positive ones from Trustpilot... So they write those themselves? Sadly for you, can you control the internet and your unfortunate customers' views 24/7 Crocodiles!”
“DO NOT RECOMMEND
Also had to sit through a presentation first and listen to the same type of double glazing salesman. Lockdown might have got better of my faculties to deal with this shoddy company which asks for money before work is done. Should have read this online reviews first..Never too old to learn a lesson.
I only accepted their overpriced offer because they promised a tight timeline. Could not be more wrong! Months later the work is not done. ...Cowboy surveyor, shoddy pencil drawings which he will not be able to explain properly, and unreasonable commercial manager/ office person will make your life hell!
Absolute Con-Artists as another reviewer has stated. Coul not put it better. Nothing much about the installers themselves, though the office, sales and whoever runs this operation are not trustworthy at all.
They are not effective or concerned with the customer experience, especially unskilled when dealing with complaints. If an issue is raised, they just closed off and tried to deny any liability. You might need to record your conversations if you happen to deal with them - yet again - WHY? Do some more research... I have to look for another company to put this unfinished work right. It seems to have been going on for years - why do they not learn. I guess as long as there are fools parting with their money...”
“I just completed my application for a quote , I should have read the horror story reviews first, thanks all, I will not be going any further with this company”
“Cowboys. I'd suggest if they spent some time on their actual service rather than generating a stream of laughably fake reviews, then they might not need to create so many. They don't return deposits if you do a bit of research and change your mind, either: I've heard some real horror stories. My advice: avoid. There are many, far, far better both in quality and price.”
“had my door fitted had to wait 7 weeks not 4 has quoted now 8 day after fitting door not working all lights are flashing on panel so far i had a bad deal”
“It's not bad experience as such it's in the adverts I live in a small place but you only show houses that are large like 4 to 5 bedroom houses which is a misleading”
“I booked a survey visit to replace a damaged single roller door. After the survey, the sales guy quoted an initial price of £2500 for a single door - my neighbour had a double door fitted by the same company for less than £2000 a few weeks before. I already had all the electrics etc in place. I then had two chasing phone calls from their office reducing the price to £1700 due to 'cancellations in my area'. I don't think so! If you go with them, don't accept the first price you get given! I'm now going to a local company that is both cheaper and has a bit better customer satisfaction rating.”
