“I’ve been buying my crystals from here for a while and have always been happy, but I need to tell you about an experience I had recently with customer service!! So I bought two crystals for my birthday and got an email a day or so after stating that one of my crystals was out of stock, to which I was sad…but not upset so I just asked for a refund…well instead of refunding me they decided to send me another much bigger crystal from the same batch and my jaw dropped because no one has ever done something so kind for me, ever!!! I was already in love with this store, but I will be a customer for life after this!!! Please just take all of my money!!! And thank you, this crystal will always have this amazing memory attached to it ❤️”

“I was disappointed that one of my specimens was cracked, scuffed, and maybe even glued together (it's hard to tell whether it is a vein or glue). It would have been one thing for me to have picked it out this way (sometimes imperfections are part of the "feel" of the minerals that lend personality) but I would have expected picking it out online that if there were imperfections, especially cracks and scuffs, they would have been noted.”

“The stone received does not look anything like the picture, it was over polished. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift and it is embarrassing to give that stone away, I am trying to find another one somewhere else.”
