I ordered my first package from crystals.com in January 4th. I received the 1st part of my order on January 20th and have yet to receive the second part…. I have tried emailing and have gotten no response. A little disappointed.

I ordered a crystal subscription box. When I realized I ordered the sage box a customer service rep told me no worries and cancelled the order. I went back and ordered the correct subscription. I then was shipped both. When I told another customer service rep they said it was too late. Very conflicting stories and I’m not happy.

I thought it would make my home smell good but burning the sage it smells like cigarettes and just and just a horrible smell

I paid for two sage kits and only received one. This is upsetting because it was a gift for someone close to me the customer service for this company needs to improve.

The in scent holder I bought does not even hold my in scents without the little square falling. Disappointing because I assumed they would not be two separate pieces.
