“I ordered my crystal on Feb 4 in order to receive it for Valentines Day as a gift. It took four weeks for it to be delivered! And that’s only because I emailed Customer Service twice. The Crystal it self was very nice, didn’t really look like what I ordered from the picture. The recipient was happy to get it as well. Just not happy with the delivery process at all.”

Hello Phillip, I'm really sorry about the late delivery, it looks like USPS may have lost the first one in transit, once realized, I immediately sent out a new one. I hope your recipient loved the crystal! Hopefully next time the crystal will arrive fast as usual

“I was disappointed that one of my specimens was cracked, scuffed, and maybe even glued together (it's hard to tell whether it is a vein or glue). It would have been one thing for me to have picked it out this way (sometimes imperfections are part of the "feel" of the minerals that lend personality) but I would have expected picking it out online that if there were imperfections, especially cracks and scuffs, they would have been noted.”

“The stones and Chrystal I got are great however,they all came loose in a small box and one item was a bracelet. I got 5 description cards and three were the same card. So not crazy about that but glad I got them before Christmas.”

“The product is great and of good quality. I was disappointed that I did not receive free shipping for my purchase over $100 as indicated on the advertising. Further, upon arrival via UPS, I was required to pay an additional al $68 for duties and import. This came as a surprise to me. For these reasons, I will not purchase from this company again, which is unfortunate since I do love the quality of the items purchased.”

Hello Jen We state that our free shipping is only available for US customers. Unfortunately, the customs fee is something way out of our control. That is just the nature of international shipping. We also experience this when we receive international packages as well. We do have this clearly stated in our policy. Happy to hear you love your crystals

“Unfortunately I have to say I was quite disappointed :( it was quite unclear that the pricing was in usd until I looked in my own bank account the next day to see that I was charged an extra $150. On top of that UPS had charged me $109 for fees in order for the package to be delivered which I think is absolutely insane. Nevertheless the crystals are so beautiful but the fact that I ended up paying WAYYYY more money than I expected really hurt.”
