“My crystal wand is stunning and came packaged well so that it didn’t get damaged in transit. My only hesitation from giving the 5th star is that it took 17 days to arrive after I placed my order. That seems like a long time.”

“Beautiful crystals and packaged nicely. I did receive a selenite zodiac plate instead of the selenite moon bowl I ordered. There’s a slight price difference but I’m still happy with the product.”

“I like the fact that every crystal comes with its card. However there’s been a few times that I’ve received broken crystals, I complained about it at the beginning and just received in my last order, also one of the crystals, the pirate, was broken in half. Is kind of disappointing because your crystals are not cheap and when they’re broken is almost like they’re worthless.”

Hello Monica I am sorry if you received any broken crystals in the past, we always correct this if that is the case. I do know on your last order 2 mini pyrites were added, so that was not a broken sent out

“When my initial green onyx bowl arrived in the mail, I opened the box, and the green onyx bowl was in several pieces. Thankfully, the other two bowls (selenite) were intact and beautiful. Per the policy, I immediately sent a message with pictures, sales receipt, and box information to the company. I have been a huge fan of their crystals and have bought several over the past few months. I was heartbroken about the onyx bowl and was looking forward to having it in our home. The Crystal's team reached out and sent a replacement "green onyx" bowl. When I received the replacement bowl, it did not resemble the initial bowl, lacking the green/red characteristics or look from the website. It is difficult to know if the bowl is actually onyx. However, the bowl is unique and will have a good home.”
