“Only not giving 5 stars but it wasn’t disclosed that my item was a preordered so I waited 3 weeks but the customer service was great and the product is awesome now that I have received it! I was also advised that moving forward they’ll be disclosing the preorder status. Great news!”

“I ordered this for my daughter. She was very happy when she received it. Said she loves it. Don’t know how well it has help. I thinking of getting this for me. Was delivered in a timely manner and was notified when it was so I could let my daughter know.”

“The bracelets were beautiful however I orders black obsidian and black tourlamine and they just came wrapped together. I don't know which one is which. They are not identical but I can't tell which one is which. I think they should have been labeled or something”

“I ordered the Water Drop Incense and I’m loving the clean, fresh scent. The stand is adorable. However, I am very OCD and the ashes going everywhere give me pause. I do wish the sticks were a little longer and therefore burned longer.”

“Crystals.com is awesome!! I placed a small order and after receiving it, I signed up for a monthly mystery box subscription if that says anything. Crystals are top shelf and each one comes with a gorgeous little card explaining everything. Love that. Even more, I wanted to let them know a few things and emailed them and a nice human being got back to me that day! That's as rare and awesome as the product they sell”

“I have the 2 crystal subscription and I enjoy it. I wish that sometimes the crystals that I receive a month didn't repeat because I don't feel like I need 2 of the same crystal but other than that I like this subscription.”

“I didn't like that I couldn't send a gift card to a friend, and that instead it was sent to me. I had to forward it to her, which seems tacky and inappropriate. I got your gift card. I just would have preferred the option to send it directly to my friend instead of it going to me. It was a GIFT.”
