I received an Amethyst point instead of a spirit quartz. I contacted customer service, sent pictures of the incorrect item and did not get a resolution I question the integrity of this company and will not be purchasing anymore crystals from them.

I wanted to follow up as I had reached out to assist you but didn’t receive a reply. I can assure you that the $12 Spirit Cactus Quartz point you ordered was sent out. Since these are all-natural crystals, variations in color and formation are expected. I’m truly sorry if you were disappointed or had any concerns about the integrity of our products or company. Candle is out of stock. Have not received it yet. Crystals have not arrived yet. Your deloveries take abouttwo weeks to get here, which I don't understand.

The stone received does not look anything like the picture, it was over polished. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift and it is embarrassing to give that stone away, I am trying to find another one somewhere else.

Do not buy there. It is a dropshipping/repacking operation. No after-sale support whatsoever. Also, their bracelets are "one size fits all", meaning they probably won't fit you.

I see you did inquire about your order if we can send extra beads and string to make the bracelet larger. Unfortunately, that is not something we can offer at this time, however, we are looking to expand our bracelet line to carry a larger size. We thank you for your feedback

To say I am disappointed in crystals.com is an understatement! I purchased a “Black Friday” subscription for my daughter, only to have crystals.com come back and say it was a mistake to put that subscription on sale and would not honor their mistake!! I will not recommend this company to anyone as they are dishonest!!

Hello Paul I am sorry to hear you are still frustrated. We did explain how our system set the subscriptions for our 24-hour cyber Monday sale, which was an error. We did honor this the first time and could not on the second, as the mystery boxes are already highly discounted. You did say you wanted to keep the subscription still with the default pricing.

I ORDERED TWO CRYSTALS AND ONE OF THEM WAS COMPLETELY WRONG. DUE TO IT BEING SO CLOSE TO XMAS I DO NOT HAVE TIME TO RETURN IT AND GET THE CORRECT ONE. THE ONE THEY SENT ME WAS MUCH SMALLER AND NOT EVEN CLOSE TO THE COLORS AS THE ONE I ORDERED. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Not happy that I couldn't return expensive rock. I was told that I received the rock I ordered yet the picture is still up there. I buy rocks from all over the world. I have never had this problem and I won't buy from you ever again. I was not aloud to return rock. It was $500.00 rock bad business. I have only not recieved a rock once from another store. They sent me another on even though they knew they packed it. Then I found out my grand son took it out and put in his toy box. I called to return it and they said no problem keep it. It was over $100.00 but because I was a good customer. That was very kind.

This is the first time I have been disappointed with a purchase from Crystals.com. I have had so many great purchases that are beautiful, well packaged and exactly as described online. This one is much darker than pictured online. I was hoping for more marbling and a much lighter color.

I ordered a collection of beautiful crystals for my birthday. The package was delivered to the wrong address. The USPS in Boston confirmed this. My son never received his gift. I emailed Crystals. Com many times regarding this and have received no help with matter. So my son is out a Birthday gift and I'm out my money spent with Crystals. Com. I find this to be unethical and not customer service oriented. Buyer BEWARE

This is a terrible product it does not work. It doesn’t even hold the incense. It’s useless. The square that actually holds the incense stick is not attached and doesn’t hold the stick at all.
