“I have placed several orders. This is the only place where the actual product received is likely to look better than the picture. Sometimes a lot better. When I open the wrapping the usual response is "Wow". If I am surprised by the size, it is because they are often larger than I expect. The items I have purchased are really beautiful. If you like the picture just wait till you have the actual item in your hands! Give them a chance to "Wow" you. If you buy one of their incredible spheres don't forget to order a stand. The plastic stands are great but I have a Shungite stand and it looks really good with a Pyrite sphere. They sit together by my computer at work and provide a great focal point for meditation as a respite during the day. The Selenite bowl works great for this as well. I have mine coupled with a Lapis Lazuli sphere. Crystals.com ships quickly and all items are carefully wrapped and packaged. Once when I failed to receive part of an order, a simple email resulted in a quick replacement. You also receive points for purchases. These can be easily applied to future orders for free shipping or a price reduction.”

“These guys send a sweet bundle every month. With cool new crystals every time. They have descriptions of each one and it always comes with sage. It’s a really nice gift to give to yourself or to a lover one. It’s just a nice little fun treat to look forward too every month.”

“Good quality products but I did not receive what I actually paid for. I ordered the duo subscription box and received the sage and crystal box. I still have not received an email back regarding this but hopefully it’ll be rectified next month.”

“I have reached out for a damaged crystal I received on 11/5, as of 11/10 there is no reply from Crystals.com. Sincerely put doubts in my mind if i should keep purchasing anything in the future. Update: I have received a replacement from Crystal.com, it is in good condition.”
