“My Obsidian crystals were delivered within 36 hours of my ordering date. They were individually wrapped with lots of care, that's why they arrived in perfect state. Cleansed in rice for the whole night and charged in direct sunlight the next morning for 6 hours, the crystals were ready to use that fast! My thanks to all your teams at Crystals.com! You made this possible within a blink of an eye!”

“So happy and satisfied with my crystals. They are high quality and the price for them were unbelievable. I did purchase them from a live sale on IG. Let me tell you, I was not disappointed. Delivery was free and they threw in 2 free gifts too. A red jasper heart crystal and a Stay Calm candle.”

“I ordered my first package from crystals.com in January 4th. I received the 1st part of my order on January 20th and have yet to receive the second part…. I have tried emailing and have gotten no response. A little disappointed.”

“Do not buy there. It is a dropshipping/repacking operation. No after-sale support whatsoever. Also, their bracelets are "one size fits all", meaning they probably won't fit you.”

Hello, We are certainly not a "dropshipping/ repacking operation" We are a small business, and all our crystals are meticulously sourced and hand packed with care. I see you did inquire about your order if we can send extra beads and string to make the bracelet larger. Unfortunately, that is not something we can offer at this time, however, we are looking to expand our bracelet line to carry a larger size. We thank you for your feedback
