They are serial liars - why? 1) They wont honour their 7 day price match guarantee.

The price match it did some years ago was a gimmick as it had changed the model numbers so you couldn’t qualify for the difference.

The model numbers were often changed to avoid price match when the company offered this a few years ago meaning the scheme was a gimmick.

We were kept updated by Texts of the delivery date, and on 23/10/23, the bulky package was delivered up a long sloping driveway by Paul and Rob.

Returns Process - Difficult

They forced me to invest even after I didn't see any returns, and when I refused to do so any longer, their attention and persistent emails dwindled, which increased my level of skepticism.

Customer services say they have no use of their own reference numbers provided for the returns.

When I asked for a price match they initially tried to suggest the competitor 'didn't accept returns' which was nonsense and then said 'we don't price match with this retailer'.

Refunds - Difficult

Ordered kids scooter 24th November. Courier texted to say delivered but had not. Couier confirmed and credited Curry’s 7th December. Still chasing refund no communication same old web chat it’s being investigated. Had enough just reported to bank! Absolute awful company would never order again from there

It's been two weeks and no refund I have now contacted the financial ombudsman

They refuse the web chat evidence saying that is for online purchases at Currys and advise you bring it back to get a refund and then order it again.
