Therefore it was taken back to the depot and we rescheduled a delivery which was for today 20/01/2025 but the depot cancelled our replacement and sold our appliance and has refused to deliver a replacement to us!! We have been told we will not get a replacement only a manual collection for our damaged appliance and a refund!!! Which clearly won’t work!!! Why a replacement cannot be delivered with a manual collection is ridiculous !!! I forgot to mention Curry's customer service!! Well there’s not enough room here to disclose how unprofessional they are utterly useless!!! With loss of earnings and alike I have decided to go to a small claims court!! ”
