“I've gotten chips from them before and always had a great experience. However this last order had issues. The custom logo was offset on the chip and I had an issue with shipping. The shipping issue was not your fault and did reimburse me for the shipping mistake which was awesome. It would have been perfect if not for the bad logo”

“I would like to compliment our main associate, Anna, who was absolutely fabulous with her customer service. She made great suggestions to make our golf marker really stand out. The final product was fantastic. Also, Kathleen jumped in to help when Anna was on vacation and she also was extremely helpful.
