“We received the samples which came very promptly and chose the one we wanted. Went to order them and because of the delivery we have now decided not to order them.”

“Placed the order on Friday after the cut-off, so was processed on Monday. Next Day Delivery Paid for, but still didn't get the tiles till late Wednesday. Only purchased from here as my local tile merchant couldn't get them quicker (and my local guy was cheaper, even excluding the £50 delivery charge). Would only use out of necessity.”

“Very prompt delivery only thing wrong was the top edge on some of the tiles was still white and I had to find a matching colour to disguise it but all turned out ok”

“Poor packing , Tiles just wrapped in shrink-wrap . 6 arrived with cracks/clips . Fortunately we had were able still to use by cutting down - Would have returned items - but need them for a job”

“Have not opended the pack yet but delivered on a flimsy pallett and not packed right, shrink wrapped but had been left out in the rain as whole thing was soaked. Am just hoping they are all in tact.”

“Ordered 3 tile samples. Only sent 2. No note within explaining why so I assumed the 3rd would follow but it’s obviously not coming. Shame. Won’t be using this company to order tiles. Need reliability.”
