“I call and ask about stock of some tile. It was 28 sqm, when I bought, paid for 80 tiles (10 sqm) 2h later I have phone call they offer me 32 tiles, that what was real stock, which I refuse. Fully refunded after few days.”

“Very very pour packaging. No bubble wrap or any protectoin at all. All 3 samples were smashed to bits, so we couldn't get any idea at all which one would be suitable. Which defeats your well intended offer of a free sample.”

“I paid shipping fees for 8 sample tiles but only got 7 delivered. Have had no contact about why the 8th one wasn’t delivered and still haven’t received it 🤷🏼‍♀️ 2 tiles were broken on edges but I assume this happened during transit therefore not the companies fault”

“Ordered a sample tile. It did arrive quickly but was not packed well. It arrived in a cardboard box with no packing at all and consequently was in lots of pieces when the postman handed it to me.”

“My order arrived very quickly but when I opened one of the packages only ten out of about forty tiles were unbroken! As it happens, this was not a huge problem for me as I was needing to cut the tiles to fit my wall but if I had been requiring whole tiles you would have had a very unhappy customer. I suggest you let your carriers know they have fragile contents to deal with. A simple label on the package should help.”

“Delivery was on time, although it cost us £50 for next day delivery,but unfortunately the tiles were from different batches and were different sizes. Still awaiting a reply from them. Not what we'd hoped for. I know you take a gamble when buying from the internet it is a lot cheaper but no customer service when things go wrong.”

Thank you for your review. We apologies for the sample you have received. We offer a free cut sample service to our customers this allows customers to get an idea of the colour, shade and overall look and feel of the tile. As we cut our free samples for customer we do our upmost be to ensure that there is little to no wastage when doing this. Our apologies on the sample you have received, but unfortunately tiles can be broken in the post, but when shipping full orders this is done using a pallet or parcel delivery service to try and ensure tiles arrive all ok.

“Tiles are lovely, no issues there. Trouble with delivery on both batches, don't expect next day delivery when you pay for it, I was actually very lucky to receive goods the day after. Also don't expect 2 - 3 day delivery, first batch arrived a week later.”

“The ordering process was easy enough however the tiles ordered were not in stock. We were not advised at the point of ordering and we only discovered this when we called to determine why the tiles had not arrived. We were advised that they had 'forgotten' to advise us. It took several extra days for them to arrive ( for which the company offered to waive the additional delivery fee ! ). We had a tiler waiting for several days and it held up our whole refurbishment. Very poor service”

“Your names of colours are misleading I ordered 3 samples of what where supposed to be grey tiles and all were more natural stone colour”

Thank you for your feedback. We have a very large collection of tiles, especially grey tiles. We also offer samples so that you can get an idea of the colour before making a full purchase.
