The ordering process was easy enough however the tiles ordered were not in stock. We were not advised at the point of ordering and we only discovered this when we called to determine why the tiles had not arrived. We were advised that they had 'forgotten' to advise us. It took several extra days for them to arrive ( for which the company offered to waive the additional delivery fee ! ). We had a tiler waiting for several days and it held up our whole refurbishment. Very poor service
