“Very good. Quality product, delivered as advised and managed to take advantage of the January sale. A few tiles were broken on delivery but easily sorted with the excellent people who manage the phone line. Would definitely use them again!”

“Good value tiles. When there is mud around they can be difficult to keep clean. There is not as much variation in individual tile patterns as I would like. The anthracite tiles are a lighter shade than I expected.”

“The tiles are great quality, very impressed. Received very good service from rob on customer services when I needed to call to ask questions. However disappointed to pay £50+ for delivery and it not get delivered fully to your door. The pallet was 120kg, and I was expected to move this myself.”

“Nice to get the free samples. The anthracite was not as uniformly dark as I expected. So you do need to see the samples. Good value tiles. I have ordered some.”

“Nice tiles, which were delivered swiftly. Only negative was that they were delivered to the billing address and not the address that I had set as the delivery address. So I had to move them myself.”

“Easy to order for a non-UK destination. Delivery took longer than expected but I was kept informed all along the delivery chain and this allowed me to minimise any consequences by coordinating with the builder. Would recommend.”

“Received the samples straight away. Very helpful. The tiles were not in stock however I was told that when I requested the samples. Unfortunately I could not wait for the tiles to be back in stock so bought different tiles elsewhere.”
