“Great quality tiles Ordered them now”

“The tiles arrived when they were supposed to and were good quality but unfortunately within the pack that was on the bottom of the pallet 3 of the tiles got broken. I contacted the customer service team and they offered to send me 3 new tiles but we needed them that same day so I am going through the process of sending them photos of the broken tiles to see if they will refund me.”

“Sample tiles were received quite quickly. Were a little on the small side so difficult to judge what the appearance would be in the room. Understand their is a balance of cost of postage and size. All the mosaics were nice quality and allowed us to judge whether the colour matched the other ties we had purchased. We'd have bought a couple of whole tiles to check this initail match had any been suitable.”

“Unfortunately the colour was more of a grey/brown than black as described but the pattern was nice and it was a quick delivery just not the tile for me.”

“Sent me tiles in a timely manner. Replaced tiles that were broken speedily (Even if delivery company failed to leave a card to say they'd delivered to the neighbour).”

“The free sample service is very useful. Initially I only received 2 of the 3 ordered, but a quick call to Rob sorted it out and i got the missing one on 2 days.”

“Tile is gorgeous and a great price BUT .... delivery experience was a nightmare!! Courier was Ukmail. They tried to deliver day1, I was out so they left a card telling me to re arrange on their website. I re arranged for next day delivery to neighbour. The one directly opposite are home all day with cars on the drive, the one attached works full time so no car in drive in the day. Day2, another card was left, did not state neighbours had been tried, directed me to website to re arrange. Again went to website, option to re arrange greyed out so couldn't do a thing and had no idea where my item was. Rang courier, I agreed to pick up as delivery seemed so far impossible. Went to postcode on their website BUT, they have moved and apparently are not allowed to change their postcode. After much messing around, we found the place and were informed the driver can only try neighbour attached to your house even if it's obvious they are out but opposite are in ..... ludicrous!!! Has put paid to us ordering.”
