Tile is gorgeous and a great price BUT .... delivery experience was a nightmare!! Courier was Ukmail. They tried to deliver day1, I was out so they left a card telling me to re arrange on their website. I re arranged for next day delivery to neighbour. The one directly opposite are home all day with cars on the drive, the one attached works full time so no car in drive in the day. Day2, another card was left, did not state neighbours had been tried, directed me to website to re arrange. Again went to website, option to re arrange greyed out so couldn't do a thing and had no idea where my item was. Rang courier, I agreed to pick up as delivery seemed so far impossible. Went to postcode on their website BUT, they have moved and apparently are not allowed to change their postcode. After much messing around, we found the place and were informed the driver can only try neighbour attached to your house even if it's obvious they are out but opposite are in ..... ludicrous!!! Has put paid to us ordering.
