“Very disappointed. Cancelled my booking on last moment and did not refund any payment, because my driving licence not valid for drive 17 seater van, i can drive 9 seater only. Ok fair enough but they have refuse to refund my any payment. I have lost £310.”

Hello Afrim, Sorry to see your review. As explained several times our cancellation policy is 50% within the 24 hours of hire. As this leaves us very little time to rebook this out. We always offer a re-scheduled date if known at no extra cost. But you opted to cancel. we try our to best to keep our cancellation fees as low as we can, unlike other companies who charge 100%. if you did wish to discuss this again we are always here to help.

“Very old vehicle Dishonest staff been given a old vehicle although promised their fleets are new vehicles I have been given reg HI CVS when I complained about a gap in the sliding door staff tells me it's a spec provided for ventilation Also been told registration mentioned is 16 plate but actually year 10 model not going to use this dodgy company any more”
