1st time I've used Enfield staff not up to speed printer wasn't working but ok nice new van job done could be better ...customer Info regards covid wasn't informed if van was sterilized just could do with that reassurance at pick up.

Hi Jeferson, thanks for the review. we're glad you liked the service. We do try monitor our prices with other companies to remain competitive. We even have sales online sometimes so always keep an eye out there too!

Hm. Van rental was really good. I was even allowed to change the van i booked online once i realised its too big. This would have been easy 5 star. However, on the return on the van, i was accused of damaging it. ‘Darling, where did u hit the van?’ I didn’t. It felt intimidating to be accused. Luckily, i made a video of a van before taking it, so i was able to prove easily i didn’t hit it. Otherwise i would have been in a claim for £1000 damage that i didnt do and had no way of proving it. Be careful.

Very helpful during the booking process but despite me making a personal visit to explain my requirements, the van I booked was not available on the day.

Hello Keith Thank you for taking the time to leave the review. I believe that this is in light of the change of registration provided for your European hire. We do apologise that the registration we provided for your crossing was changed. Every endeavour is made to ensure that if a vehicle registration is given, we will keep it assigned to that customer. Unfortunately, this can be sometimes taken out of our control, such as if the previous hirer is running late with that registration then we will provide you a new one. I am aware that Chris stayed until 6.30pm to help you with the change of registration with Eurotunnel and hope that you are happy that he tried to help you as much as he could and also that the 20% discount that we gave you on the day was received in the manner it was intended. I do hope that your vehicle and journey to France was still to your satisfaction. We welcome the opportunity to serve you again. Many thanks Richard

The executive van wasn't in brilliant shape in terms of cleanliness but was just about ok. Power socket for sat nav wasn't working. The questions when renting were a little odd and not the ones you'd typically get from a rental company. However the price was good and it turned out to be hassle free with no surprises at the end. I'd provide more stars if the experience at the office was improved/streamlined.
