"Avoid this company unless you are OK with poor quality and poor customer service. We bought a bureau for my daughter's bedroom and it arrived with a paint stain and chips on the right hand door. When I asked if a replacement door could be sent they told me we should have contacted them prior to assembly as the damage could have been done by us during assembly. Unfortunately, we did not notice the faults until it was all put together. The brown paint stain is a similar colour to the door itself suggesting that it occurred during production. I found the insinuation that we were basically 'trying it on' insulting. I have paid \u00a3259 for a defective bureau and Daals offered me a 5% reimbursement 'for my understanding' which I have not accepted."

"awful customer service that has you running around in circles, won't accept blatant evidence of a manufacturing fault, they'll have you taking multiple videos and photos of the same exact same thing. cheaply made bed that isn't worth the money and broke after less than a year. you can literally see the wood chippings in the pic from where the bed is digging into my floors and bulging out of the bed frame"

"We ordered a cabinet\/closet from Daals. Getting through to customer service was quite an ordeal in initially getting our complete order. My husband a retired engineer used the all the right tools to assemble this piece. When we went to stand the unit upright, it collapsed. The material used for this $619.00 purchase is less than standard. In fact it is flimsy."

"I ordered a bed from daals when it was in stock, I paid for it and waited for my bed to be delivered. Few days after the delivery date I didn\u2019t receive any messages from Daals so I contacted costumer service. I was told the bed is no longer in stock and will be delivered in January. Without any apology whatsoever. They told me they are gonna get back to me, nothing happened.\r\nI had to contact costumer service again and beg them to tell me what\u2019s happening. I was told the bed is in the warehouse ready to ship and I will get shipping details soon. I was happy so I waited for a week, nothing happened, no communication from them again.\r\nI messaged Costumer service ONCE AGAIN and I was told the bed was never in a warehouse and it will be delivered in January\u2026\r\nI decided to cancel my order and I thought that\u2019s the end lf it.\r\nUnfortunately 5 days after I cancelled the order, nothing happened so I had to contact them on my own once again to be told the order wasn\u2019t fully cancelled.\r\nTo this day I am waiting for my refund\u2026\r\nAt this point, I just want to be done with this company, have my money back and forget about this whole experience.\r\nPlease, if you like yourself don\u2019t order anything if you want to have peaceful life.\r\nWorst communication, no apology, nothing."

"Red flag!! I wouldn\u2019t recommend anyone to buy from daals. We went by all the positive reviews and ordered 4 dinner chairs (champ color) from them. First time around, they sent two different colors (champ and grey) that we got changed. However, when they delivered the new chairs, they were a different shade of champagne. Not just that, the quality was worlds apart too. We requested them to exchange as we now have 4 chairs with different shades of the same color and different quality. But they said the chairs are from different batches hence the difference in color and quality, which felt like deception. We asked them to pick up the chairs if they can\u2019t exchange. But they refused and asked us to return them at our expense - for no fault of ours. This is not just highly unprofessional but also extremely unreliable of them as it looks like they change their product quality frequently. Never buying again from this company. #fraud #poorquality"

"The chair design is good and I successfully put together the chair at arrival. However, I found that the foam on the back rest gets de-shaped when we tighten the screws and the velvet fabric becomes lose. This looks quite bad. Furthermore, the black lining under the seat protrudes out from the edges and the front of the chair. This looks quite bad and kills the look of the chair (shows shabby workmanship). I reached out to DAALS to review and help with this. Despite providing several pictures and explanations, DAALS refuse to accept that the product has issues. They have suggested I need to buy a velvet brush and that would help resolve the issues with the foam and bad workmanship. Completely appalled at the response. I want to return this chair for a refund\/exchange but DAALS is not accepting it. Never buying from them again. After all of this fiasco, I had a look at the reviews on their website for this chair just to see if other buyers faced the same issues. Almost all of them have posted pictures of the chair with a loose cushion concealing the area where the foam may have been de-shaped. Looks like a few scam (self generated) reviews to make the rating look good. I wanted to upload photos with my review but there is no option to do so. So looks like the reviews with photos are fake done by the company itself (or paid reviews). All in all, if you buy from them, you are stuck with them. One of the worse customer service I have seen"
