Ordered a chair next day delivery 4 days ago and still not arrived. Paid £9.99 for next day delivery too. No updates via customer services and DPD. No sign of item. On to customer services everyday and clearly they are put on a tight script with getting robotic responses back and zero help. Was told to wait on Friday, Saturday I was told to come back on Monday as they could not talk to DPD over the weekend and Monday I contact again and they say they have no idea where the chair is and say they have the same DPD tracking as I do. They refuse to give you a refund despite the inconvenience and stress and time you waste chasing these incompetent fools. I’ve never experienced a company quite like it that seem to hate the customer. They still have no idea where my chair is and won’t refund me incase it leads to complications for them. ‘If we refunded you without knowing where it is and DPD delivered it that would complicate matters even more, which is why the processes we have are in place. This process will not be changed I'm afraid’ - this response is not acceptable!!! That the customer is to blame and be without money because they don’t know where the item is that was meant to be delivered to me??!! Which is crazy when it is their fault and error. No refunds, no compensation, no compassion for customers. I never normally write reviews but this company have vexed me. I’m now £125 short with no item that was urgently needed and no resolution or response as to where it is. So upset and angry. If I were you do not use this company. Order somewhere else that can actually deliver an item and save your stress. I have since reported this company on all platforms as it’s concerning. I don’t want anyone to go through this upset. I dare to think how they must mistreat vulnerable people. Don’t make the same mistake I did taking a chance on Daals they are awful people. SAVE YOURSELFS!!

Was looking online at sofas with Daals, placed one in my trolley and was deciding wether to buy or not. Then a few moments later Daals started ringing me, this is very intrusive, I did not ask for a call and did not expect to be cold called. Disgraceful behavior and definitely won't be ordering from them now

This company doesn't even deserve a star. Extremely poor customer service. Damaged goods wont exchange the item but expects us to pay for the return... this has been going on for months. If I could up load emails back and fourth I would. I would NEVER recommend using this company ever......

Our order number 52327 burnt orange 2 seat sofa arrived - upon unpacking I discovered a fault with it - my wife emailed daals with photos etc - while waiting for a reply my daughter sat on it only for the bloody leg to break clean off,mounting plate an all - another email with photos to daals - eventually we get a reply agreeing to take the sofa back and this would be done 7-10 days - almost a fortnight later and this still has not happened - further emails have gone unanswered and good luck getting to speak to anyone - I’m now left with no option to pursue it legally. Avoid this shambles of a company at all costs!!!

Excellent service and communication from start to finish, don't understand all the negative reviews, really satisfied with our sofa much better than I expected, the delivery driver was pleasant and courteous.

Awful. Absolutely awful. I have now endured 38 emails over what should have been a simple return, which has dragged out for over six weeks and taken hours of time. Having now reached the stage of receiving 'a refund' they have not transferred the money, meaning they have told me on email I have been refunded, but my account says otherwise. Totally frustrating and a complete waste of time. As for the product, it was awful.

TOTAL SCAM, BAD QUALITY, MISSING PARTS!!! Bought a gazebo at the end of summer, when putting together found most parts missing. Asked for the parts and they sent one part. Asked again for the parts and again sent 2. It’s now Jan 31st and I am still missing 2 parts. Have asked for a refund and return of goods but was refused. I advise everyone to STEER CLEAR of this unacceptable business you will lose money, time and the will to live anymore.

Daals have to be the most monumental waste of time I have ever experienced. They show zero respect, regard and care for customers. I ordered an item and was told it would arrive in 5-7 days. Over 6 weeks later it still hadn't arrived. In fact, twice they tried to deliver it but the items was not on the van. I was then told it was out of stock and instead they wished to give me another product instead - why would I want that? They tried to arrange a delivery with me twice, but called with less than 24 hours notice before the delivery, which is not enough time to rearrange work shifts to be at home. Apparently there is no options to book more than 24 hours in advance. To this information I provided several days and times of when I was available yet they once again arranged a delivery for when I was not at home. Requesting a refund and cancelling my order also was not an easy process. I had to call up and speak to 3 different people. I requested to speak to a manager twice and they never called me. I would NEVER recommend this incompetent company. Order from places like Made or Wayfair. They delivered earlier than the days they estimated, gave more than 24 hours in advance to arrange a delivery, and gave options for days and times. Daals are truly abysmal and are not worth dealing with. They caused so much more unnecessary stress and have been so appalling with their lack of care. Avoid them like the plague!!!!!!

So disappointed by this company. Ordered a sofa, they sent me the wrong one. From that point onwards it's been an absolute nightmare trying to resolve the issue. No response to emails. The phone operators are not helpful in moving things forward. Have been left stuck, storing a sofa with no guarantee on time frame for when an exchange can happen. No accountability for the fact that it was their error, no motivation to rectify things quickly. After waiting for ages, requested a refund instead of an exchange as had lost faith in the company and product - apparently the process needs to start over to secure a refund! Please don't think of using this company if you value your sanity :)

Absolutely terrible customer service. I placed an order over 2 weeks ago. Had a phone call a week after ordering with a delivery date. The driver called me to check my address, he then told me I'm too far away and won't be able to delivery today! Since then I've sent about 20 emails to customer service with no resolution at all! I've never dealt with a company like it, spent over £500 here and don't seem to care about their customers, there is only so long you can use COVID as an excuse. Website states 48 hours to get back to emails, if only this were true! And no phone number either. Now I have the fight on my hands to get my money back. Really unhappy, please avoid people, absolute joke.

After reading the reviews and the company blurb, I decided to purchase a £400 sofa bed. After just three uses, the bed wouldn't fold back to it's original position and was making my front room look ridiculous. I contacted customer service and they said they'd look into it. After a few days , they emailed to say they'd need video evidence and multiple photographs of the bed not working. A few days later they said they'd send a replacement. However, before that, I'd need to show further evidence of the bed in secure packaging, which I did. Two weeks later and constantly looking at a bubble wrapped bed in my front room, I emailed them to ask what was going on..... they'd clearly forgotten. As if by magic, the new bed was given a delivery date and timeslot which, could be any time between 07.00 and 16.00. The email also stated I'd receive an email three hours before delivery; so, that's potentially 04.00 am! I was made aware about the importance of being at home when the delivery was due; otherwise, if you don't answer the door, it'll be a £30 charge. With this in mind and me being a conscientious person, despite the fact the bed lasted five minutes, I booked the day off work and was up at 06.00 am, ready and waiting. I received a message that the replacement bed would be arriving at 08.45. Due to storm Baber, the time kept being put back; fair enough and understandable. So, I waited and, sure enough I see a biggish white van pull up in the middle of our road, heavy metal music blaring and, I mean, blaring. Guy looks at the house (I'm looking directly at him through the window), realises he can't park in the middle of the road and has to park further down the street. He then parks in front of a neighbour's driveway, blocking the entrance, and then has to move the van again because she wanted to get on her drive. So, I'm ready and waiting for a knock on the door and willing to help the guy bring the bed from his van; it's extremely heavy rain at this point. A few minutes later and the same guy is stood in front of my house, points his phone at the door, takes a pic and walks off. I'm thinking to myself, this is very odd. So, I go to my door, step outside and watch him get back in his van and drive off. Within 30 seconds I'm calling customer services and get through very quickly. I explain the situation and the woman says she'll speak to the delivery team. A minute or so later she explains the driver is now en route to another drop off but the delivery team will try to get him back to my house later. By 16.00, absolutely no contact from Daals.... shocking! The driver could have easily turned back but he'd already registered it as nobody home... ridiculous! After further conversations with customer services, I was told I'd receive another delivery day and timeslot. Over one week later and I'm still to receive a date and time. Meanwhile, I'm stuck with an unusable sofa bed, wrapped in bubble wrap, in my front room. So, after taking a day off work and sitting around waiting all day for a potential delivery, and then waiting days to hear from Daals, I decided I'd had enough and requested compensation and a full refund. I have made this very clear to them on several occasions. Each time, they have refused my request and said they don't offer refunds (please be aware of this). All in all, an abysmal sofa bed, an abysmal delivery service, an abysmal customer service team who have zero empathy, a thoroughly abysmal experience, and an abysmal company who really do not care about their customers. AVOID!

Red flag!! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy from daals. We went by all the positive reviews and ordered 4 dinner chairs (champ color) from them. First time around, they sent two different colors (champ and grey) that we got changed. However, when they delivered the new chairs, they were a different shade of champagne. Not just that, the quality was worlds apart too. We requested them to exchange as we now have 4 chairs with different shades of the same color and different quality. But they said the chairs are from different batches hence the difference in color and quality, which felt like deception. We asked them to pick up the chairs if they can’t exchange. But they refused and asked us to return them at our expense - for no fault of ours. This is not just highly unprofessional but also extremely unreliable of them as it looks like they change their product quality frequently. Never buying again from this company. #fraud #poorquality

Awful….gave me 1.5 hours for a delivery which I then missed and then claimed the 7 day express period I’d paid for didn’t count despite the short notice. After being cut off because it hit closing time mid call, I’ve still got no delivery date and I’m now well over the 7 days paid for. I definitely wouldn’t recommend Daals - buyer beware!

Beware that this company offers a terrible returns service. Unlike Wayfair, La Redoute and Next, you have to cover the cost of return. I returned some chairs, cost me £52. Then heard nothing from DaAl's. Contacted them. They seemed to deny they had my items. Fortunately, delivery company had proof of delivery in form of photos and signature. Now, 15 days later, still waiting for them to do 'quality check'. Have returned items to other companies and received refund within a week. Very poor after-sales service. Won't use DaAl's again.

Daals furniture are crooks and scam, DO NOT ORDER anything from them? I have been waiting for over a month for them to collect and issue a refund for faulty armchair, but still nothing. I have called and called emailed escalated you name it, but they will fob you off and blatantly lie about courier coming to pick up a parcel, no tracking number, but they tell you to sit at home 7am until 6pm for courier that was never booked and will never turn up, I 've been waiting at home every day now for a whole week! Luckily I have raised a case against them with my credit company to get my money back. I have never ever dealt with worst company and customer service. They should be reported to consumer watchdog.

Disgraceful service. I ordered 4 rattan dining chairs and all 4 came in such bad condition with scratches, bumps, dents and all sorts. One of the chairs is completely unusable as the arm chair part of it was delivered with a crack in the wood going all the way through the entirety of the arm from front to back. I immediatley took pictures of these and sent an email to customer services and I have sent another since. I have not had a response in 2 weeks. All i asked for was a replacement for the extremely damaged chair, i would have been happy to keep the rest eventhought they were also in bad condition. Poor quality products and terrible customer service in not responding. Spent £700 on unusable chairs.

Absolutely dreadful Company. I ordered two barstools and when they turned up the box was filthy and partially opened. On opening the barstools they looked more brown than grey. Immediately I resealed the box without removing the chairs and put it in the back of my car. The following week I dropped them back at the warehouse as it wasn’t too far away. Four days later a received an email saying I was being deducted 10% off my refund because the box was damaged. I immediately rang customer services and explained the box was like that when I received it. Customer services were adamant I was being deducted 10% so I put the purchase into dispute with PayPal. After leaving another review on trust pilot I received a response from Daals saying they had reviewed my order and indeed the box was damage and had issued a full refund. THIS WAS NOT TRUE! Then I received an email saying they would not refund me unless I dropped the case against them. Eventually after speaking directly to PayPal and providing the required evidence, PayPal agreed with me and refunded in full. This company are an absolute disgrace. The directors should be ashamed. They treat their customers is a disgraceful way. Just read other people experiences. Awful.

I would not use this company again. I ordered a 3 seater sofa by mistake when I meant to order the 2 seater. As soon as I noticed my mistake (the next day) I contacted Daals to see if this could be rectified. They said yes, no problem we will let the courier know not to deliver and to bring the 3 seater back. I was extremely grateful for this. However, they did not let the courier know, and they delivered it anyway (dumped in my driveway with no warning txt/email when I was not in). For 4 weeks they promised they would collect it (i have 6 emails promising this) then this week they decide they are not going to collect and I have to pay to send it back myself. I dont understand why promise this then not honour it, wasting my time for a month. They delivered it after saying they wouldnt, now I have to pay to send it back? Not to be trusted.

DREADFUL COMPANY DO NOT BUY the colour of the sofa is completely different to that delivered and when I called customer service they didn't want to know or help. Kept telling me that its just a slight colour variation so they will take as a change or mind. It's not even a slight colour variation its a completely different shade. They have refused to puck up and refund our money. Now I've read the reviews I can see this has happened to thousands of people. I'm utterly gutted.
