Awful company very treacherous they told me to close my paypal case after sending me damaged goods they then did not assist me after I closed the case upon their request.

I ordered a sofa from Daals and the delivery was at 7am. Unfortunately, I had a heart attack at 4am and was taken to hospital in an ambulance so was unable to accept delivery. I emailed Daals from hospital the next day and apologised that I wasn't able to accept delivery and why. I also told them I was a pensioner and it would be very difficult for me if they insisted on keeping the £30 missed delivery fee. They charged me me £30 for delivery in the first place, even though it states free delivery for items over £99 in their own T&C's, the sofa was £359.00 That's £60 on total they kept and received the sofa back. I was £60 down and had nothing for it I was happy to pay £30 delivery but was upset that they kept the £30 missed delivery fee too when they refunded me £329.00 after explaining why I missed the delivery. The original £30 delivery charge was a separate transaction for some reason. After I paid the £359 for the sofa on their website with my credit 💳 they emailed me and told me that they required a £30 delivery charge to be paid before they could deliver it. So I paid it separately from the sofa payment They are a computer says no company and I won't be buying from them again

Really bad logistics, may parcel and item arrived damaged and customer services is really slow and poor. If anything happens you will be waiting months for a replacement item and the communication from customer service is less than helpful. You get apologies but the same things happen over and over again.

Awful customer service. Taking 3 weeks minimum for them to change a damaged dining chair. Same issues for the second time now. We will not ever use them again. Shame on you Daal’s.

I ordered a chest from them a month ago and still arguing with their customer service. The chest has a obvious misalignment between panels, skewed deco raffia over the drawers, peeling off drawers, and two of the handles are missing! I recorded videos and took pictures as they requested, and they replied that they think those things fall into their "manufacturing tolerance". On the top of that, they reply one email per day if you are lucky. They also indicated they won't accept a return without the original packaging, but the delivery guy took away the empty box when they left!! The whole thing looks like a scam and I'm considering report it to related department...don't trust the reviews on their website!

Was charged £80 for missing a delivery of a table and chairs after only being notified of the morning delivery slot at 4 am the same morning. As I had received an earlier email saying I needed to be contactable, not present, I wasn't concerned and expected a call. There was no call, just an £80 fine for the missed delivery. When I emailed customer service, they refused to arrange redelivery at any time when I knew I could be present all day, and refused to refund me fully when I cancelled the order without deducting what seems to be an arbitrary and excessive fee. Their customer service has been non existent, unsympathetic and dismissive. I strongly advise others to stay away from this company. Check out the other truthful one star reviews which mention the same issues

Ordered some outdoor furniture, the parts they sent were damaged and unusable. We’ve been trying to contact daals for replacement pieces / frames. They said we need to “loosen our bolts and try again.” When clearly they put the holes too closely together and it doesn’t align properly.. I wish I would have listened to the others when they said do not buy from here.

My brother in law got this bed for me and my husband. He spent $900 on the bed. They sent us the wrong size. Now they want me to spend approximately $300-400 to return it to, and then spend an additional $900 to buy ANOTHER bed, so that HOPEFULLY they send us the correct size this time? Is this a scam? It just sounds outrageous.

I had a deeply frustrating experience with Daals. Despite providing three days' notice that I wouldn't be available for the scheduled delivery of a bed, they proceeded with it anyway. Their customer service team assured me the driver would be informed not to attempt delivery, yet I received multiple calls from the driver on the day. The initial delivery notification gave me only a 40-minute window to respond, which is completely unreasonable. When I contacted customer service, they insisted I had missed the cut-off time to reschedule, even though I had provided ample notice. They are now demanding a £60 rescheduling fee. Their lack of flexibility and poor communication have left me extremely dissatisfied. I strongly advise others to steer clear of this company.

Bought a dresser thinking it would be good quality, it had a rating of 4.8 on the site. I saw a cheaper version on Amazon for half the price but I wanted something that was high quality and would last long. It is not good quality, it’s cheap material and I would’ve honestly been better off buying it on Amazon. The dresser already is starting to look worn out and it’s not even been a week. I reviewed the product on their site and they didn’t even publish it! I think they only publish 4 and 5 stars which is extremely deceptive. Save your money and buy elsewhere.

Poor quality No customer service No response to replace damaged items. Don’t buy from Daals. You have a lot to loose and nothing to gain Waiting for 3 weeks to resolve the issue, nothing yet.

Worst customer service Bad quality. Not responding to replace (2) damaged chairs of (6) purchased. If you care about your time and money buy from a more reputable seller Daals in not !!

Appalling. Charged a failed delivery fee despite the issue being caused by Daals. Poor service and communication, blamed me for the issue which they caused themselves so they dont have to pay a refund. I will never shop there again. Avoid at all costs.

The worst service I have experienced with daals. Received damage ceramic dining table. Claimed a exchange and it has been over two weeks no update. For past one week it is still with the delivery team. They never update you. You have to chase them all the time to get an update. They don’t have manager in the company. OMG. The people who are over the phone, don’t even know how to speak to their customers. So rude.

I experienced a significant service failure regarding a recent delivery. The item was considerably delayed and subsequently delivered to an incorrect address. This necessitated extensive communication with customer service over a three-day period to locate the package. Ultimately, I was contacted by the unintended recipient and had to personally retrieve the item, which was bulky and required transportation via a borrowed vehicle. Furthermore, the item was left exposed to inclement weather for three days. Despite the substantial inconvenience and effort required to rectify the delivery error, my request for compensation was denied, citing company policy. I bought a rug from Daals for my living room, thinking it would be a solid investment and support a smaller business. Big mistake. It sheds constantly. Every time I vacuum, I’m pulling out a full canister of wool. It’s so bad I have to vacuum every other day just to keep it manageable. The shedding isn’t just confined to the rug—it’s everywhere. In my food, my bed, my ventilation system, even in my dog’s food. It’s wreaking havoc on my household, and my family member’s asthma has gotten worse because of it. I’ve had to replace filters in my vacuum, air purifier, and ventilation system. All of this because of a rug. But the real kicker is the customer service. They didn’t care about my issue at all. I sent them a video showing the ridiculous shedding, and after weeks of dealing with them, they just said the rug wasn’t faulty and wouldn’t help me. One rep offered me a vague 15%, but never explained what it was for. Complete waste of time and money. Oh, forgot to mention - they suggested I send it back and pay for delivery. WHAT? I threw the rug away, but now I’m out a lot of money and still need to buy a new rug. Plus, I’ve spent money fixing my gadgets and dealing with health issues. Stay away from Daals. They don’t care about their customers, and their product is a disaster.

Two sections arrived damaged, boxes damp and dirty. I’m sure once the item is replaced the sofa itself will be great, Daals is terrible. I would never buy again. They promised on the 13th January - 10 days to resolve (in writing), it is now the 16th February! We have part of the sofa missing and a huge box filling our living space. Called yesterday, lady was shocked, had nothing to say, they don’t compensate issues and only offer internal logistics which means they don’t have great delivery coverage so unless you live in a city location don’t do it! They don’t care at all! I’ve now had to log a charge back with my credit card provider and all I want is our sofa complete.

Terrible experience - only found out when the delivery arrived that they wouldn’t deliver up flights of stairs, so I never could have received the item which I bought. Terms and conditions were not provided. Charged me 60 pounds for the purported ‘missed delivery’. Haven’t even received the item I ordered which was returned to the warehouse. Awful customer service when trying to resolve the issue. Would avoid at all costs and go somewhere with positive customer values unlike this company.
