Flowers were not delivered on the day scheduled, meaning my friend didn’t receive anything from me on her birthday. Daily blooms kindly apologised and compensated by upgrading the order and delivering the next day, however I wouldn’t order from here again.

Less than ordinary bunch. I ordered them at 4am, to brighten someone’s day but they received them at 4-30 in the afternoon, so that was disappointing. The message was facing the wrong way so they thought they were for the person who sent them. So much for brightening their day. The total cost including delivery was not worth what was received, a low quality arrangement, better off shopping at your local florist and getting more bang for your buck.

Hi there, The blooms I ordered looked nothing like the photograph. I realise that the type of flowers change based on what’s in bloom at the time, which is fine, but my friend sent me a photo of the flowers and there wasn’t even the same amount of flowers, and if there was they were super small. It just looked like a sea of green. Definitely won’t be buying from Daily Blooms again. I spent a lot of money on flowers that would have honestly looked better being bought from Coles. The flowers were not delivered to the address i stated (number 286). Instead the flowers were delivered to 236. When i raised this issue with the delivery person they said they had just attached the wrong photo but this was not true. The flowers never arrived at 286 and for this reason I would never use Daily Blooms again.

Even though the bunch I sent a friend was only $40 plus $18 postage, I was very disappointed. They looked nothing like the bunches u had pictured. I know it depends on what is in season but I could have purchased something from the supermarket which would have been equivalent.

We always recommend unwrapping them to get a complete picture of the bouquet - we hide many of our blooms under the hessian wrap to keep them safe in transit. I have used Daily Blooms on numerous occasions and have always been very happy with the flowers but this time both bunches were very disappointing.

I was very disappointed with the vase of flowers that was delivered. I ordered that arrangement from your firm because the image on line was of a very elegant and beautifully composed arrangement. I presumed that what was delivered would at least be similar. It is not. The one that was delivered is poorly arranged, with an excess of foliage and there is nothing elegant about it. This was a present for my daughter’s 50th birthday. It just feels totally inadequate now even though I spent quite a lot of money on it.
