I ordered some flowers to be delivered to a colleague. The flowers were delivered on the correct day and time as communicated which was positive. I was however really disappointed and underwhelmed by the presentation on the website versus in reality (see attached photos). We paid additionally for the style in the vase believing (mistakenly?) it would look and be delivered like this. I thought it would be slightly bigger than the alternate option in the bouquet. It looks as if it was the same size just stuck in a vase and charged $20 extra for this. It also did not state until finalise aspects of the payment that there would be an extra charge of around $16 dollars for delivery. I think that should be explicitly stated up front. I have used a number of different great flower delivery services in Melbourne and would uses them all again rather than Daily Blooms. Update 31/01: In response to the reply from Taylor from Daily Blooms on my google review, I contacted them via email on the 20/01 acknowledging the message posted and enquired about the offer of a free bouquet for a friend of mine. I also mentioned I would be happy to update my review in light of this. To date I have received no response or acknowledge of my email nor has the offer for the flowers been followed through on their end. Unfortunately another disappointing experience that would again lead me to not use them again nor recommend them.

Very disappointed. Bait and switch scam. All the socials about free flowers for an hour, just pay delivery. Sent flowers and got charged full price. Absolute rip off.

It was just a small gesture to spread some flowers across Sydney and we didn't expect the popularity as we're so new to Sydney. We only had it available for the pixie bouquets as we have such a small team in Sydney and didn't want to overextend our florists. I placed an order worth $250+ to be delivered to my Mum in Melbourne as a Christmas present. More than half of the items ordered were not delivered and when I tried contacting the store numerous times there was no answer/response. The items that were received were beautiful, however very disappointed with the service provided.

I was disappointed in the quality and quantity for the price we paid. The flowers looked old after a day, embarrassing and dissatisfied, disappointing You need to give measurements of the size in your website

Flowers delivered to wrong address. Meant to be delivered to 702 stud rd scoresby VIC The recipient never received them . Tracking photo shows incorrect house.

I was very disappointed with my order. The bouquet was plain and basic, with hardly any flowers - just leaves. Definitely not worth the amount I paid!! (supermarket bouquets are much richer and less $$).

I sent some flowers to my daughter in law for her birthday they arrived at 5.30 in the afternoon because the driver had so many deliveries, that was unacceptable why were there not at least two drivers. Would not use this florist again

Mixed up order which was an awkward experience for all involved, and while they apologized and wanted to fix it (which was the bare minimum but appreciated) they also then assumed what I wanted to do out of refund vs have the flowers & gift redelivered due to me not getting back quickly enough? I was emailed on a Saturday (outside of business hours) and away sick on a Monday. I don't know many (if any) businesses that would assume what a customer would want to do in a situation like this but unfortunately I was disappointed by this whole experience and will avoid using this service in future.

When I saw the picture of the flowers I ordered I was horrified they didn’t look like the ones on your website they looked like they were thrown together with out any design thought they looked messy!

The bouquet looked nothing like what I ordered, even the colour scheme was mismatched and cheap stems were used to replace more expensive ones. I communicated my dissatisfaction with the bouquet and was told that the bouquets change all the time as they’re seasonal, which would have been a valid excuse had it been the middle of summer or winter, but it’s spring. I’ve attached photos of what I ordered and what the recipient received. Needless to say, I was pretty embarrassed,

Really disliked the flowers. Not at all a true match to the images online. Feel very cheated sadly. Also ordered hazelnut chocolate but received peppermint.

I was bitterly disappointed to see the arrangement in real time for what I paid. $69 for 2 roses, some foliage and a trumpet lily. The smallest bunch of flowers I had seen. So not worth the money.

Why did I waste my time asking you to deliver in the afternoon.? The recepient had surgery in the morning and the flowers arrived before she left home. So disappointed. I understand delivery schedules, but you could have advised me and I don't believe the afternoon was not possible, just more convenient for your driver.

Absolutely appalling!!!! Due for delivery today for my friend’s birthday to cheer her up in lockdown. We are in Sydney & the courier said it hasn’t even left Sydney from Melbourne yet. Why is she being sent flowers from another state???!!!!!! I had to call StarTrack at 7.30pm when it’s too late to order anything else to find out it won’t even be delivered for at least one or two more days. You have to be kidding me!!!

Daily blooms were not contactable when there was a problem with the order, never bothered to get back to me, when I called and left a message and the flowers were old and looked terrible.
