“The flowers were lovely, fresh and colorful. But the delivery was not good. The flowers were for my daughter who was ill and upset and instead of delivering to her door they put a card in her letterbox. So she had to go to the Post Office to collect. This was really disappointing.”

“Less than ordinary bunch. I ordered them at 4am, to brighten someone’s day but they received them at 4-30 in the afternoon, so that was disappointing. The message was facing the wrong way so they thought they were for the person who sent them. So much for brightening their day. The total cost including delivery was not worth what was received, a low quality arrangement, better off shopping at your local florist and getting more bang for your buck.”
