“My flowers ordered did not look anything like the bouquet I ordered and certainly not the money value I paid. I understand sometimes different flowers are used but nothing at all was similar. Most disappointed.”

“My daughter received a bunch of tulips for her birthday which was left at our front door. No one was home so they sat there for a few hours, they were nearly dead. I just feel if no one is home don’t leave the flowers.”

Hi Georgia, I am sorry to hear you were disappointed with your delivery. Unfortunately to ensure our drivers are on time for all of their deliveries they do have to leave bouquets at the front door if no one is home. “I ordered them for my daughters birthday. Beautiful flowers arranged in hessian rather than paper. Very reasonably priced. Could track their driver as they drove toward her address. Was able to send him a message. My daughter says he went out of his way to find her at her work. I am very impressed. Will definitely use them in the future . I bought the "Heavenly" bunch of white flowers. Great big bunch of beautiful flowers. Will be using them in the future definitely.”

“Daily Blooms used to be the most beautiful flowers. Quality has really slipped since they started outsourcing to florists. Customer service non-existent, I’ve sent 2 emails about my last orders and they didn’t even bother replying. I’m looking around for a new go-to service. Shame.”

Hello, I am sorry to hear of your most recent experience. We don't outsource any of our bouquets to local florists, every single arrangement is made in our Melbourne warehouse. If you would like to email alex@dailyblooms.com.au with your recent order numbers I would definitely like to get to the bottom of why your emails haven't been responded to - we do get back to every customer email within 24 hours so I am unsure what has happened in this instance.
