“I received some beautiful flowers on mum's passing, & I found it was such a thoughtfully prepared arrangement, that when the occasion arose, I didn't think twice, I checked the website & sent flowers to a someone who lost a dear friend, & not only are the flowers beautifully arranged, they are wrapped in a very environmentally friendly way. I was very happy with the service provided & have no hesitation in recommending DailyBlooms.”

“The flowers were delivered promptly and were very pretty. They actually looked like the photo on the website - fresh, colourful and beautifully presented. The recipient was really pleased. This business’s admin is very good and I was easily able to track the progress of delivery. I’ll definitely use this business again for delivery of flowers in Melbourne.”

“Mixed up order which was an awkward experience for all involved, and while they apologized and wanted to fix it (which was the bare minimum but appreciated) they also then assumed what I wanted to do out of refund vs have the flowers & gift redelivered due to me not getting back quickly enough? I was emailed on a Saturday (outside of business hours) and away sick on a Monday. I don't know many (if any) businesses that would assume what a customer would want to do in a situation like this but unfortunately I was disappointed by this whole experience and will avoid using this service in future.”
