Dreadful service! I first ordered a month ago, a week or so later I receive an email saying thank you for my return and they will process my refund shortly. I never received the items to begin with. When I followed up, I was told by the Dancing Leopard team it was my fault for entering the wrong address. I place a second order about 2 weeks ago, selecting the more expensive courier, hoping my order will be delivered. Next thing I know, I am bombarded with email asking me to pay customs. There was absolutely no communication from the Dancing Leopard team that I had to pay this. I have tried paying it on several occasions, to no success. I have notified Aramex locally and the Dancing Leopard team. Neither have been able to resolve the issue and now the Dancing Leopard team has gone entirely silent. I have been BEGGING them to resolve the matter or issue a refund. I even reached out to the owner for help, but I am not sure she will even care much to be honest. Hopefully I get my order or my money back. I’m not entirely sure what to do if I don’t? Getting legal involved probably won’t make sense, hopefully I can rely on some sort of consumer rights act. In summary, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

My order went to a golf club 1 mile from my house! Contacted dancing leopard and was told to go to the golf club to find it! Any delivery problems this company are not interested! So I have paid for something I have not received! Do not use this company

Just received a size 16 shirt dress and omg it’s sooo small ! The arms are so tight and I would have to go up at least two sizes to get a decent fit.

As someone who was a size 10/12 and absolutely ballooned to a 16 through lock down I am really upset by dancing leopard. I know some brands can be small so to make sure I didn’t upset myself I ordered a size 18 jagger dress. OMG it was the smallest thing ever, I couldn’t get it to even meet in the middle let alone do up. I also ordered a size 18 dove dress which was at least 2 sizes too big!!! To say I was confused is an understatement. As someone who already feels sizing is a trigger point, to order two dresses from the same brand and have such different sizes is not good! Bear in mind I have another dancing leopard dress in a size 12 which I wore before lock down and now is only slightly too small! Please stop this inconsistent. It does not make anyone feel good! I’ve returned both and have declined the wedding I’m going to because of how these dresses have made me feel

These people are joking. No returns label But a return address. I sent my item back and paid for the postage myself. They are yet to give me a refund 2 WEEKS after confirming receipt of the item saying that my refund has been processed and that I will receive it in 5days. Emailing them back and forth and they have a different excuse every time. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Absolutely shocking, for my first order 2 out of the 3 items were incorrect size. They offered a £10 off code so ordered a jumpsuit, not only was it the incorrect size it was a completely different item, no returns slip inside either! Totally incompetent!

Probably another internet scam with fake reviews to boost sales. Dress came. Lovely material but not as described. Missed the underlay. It was basically a silky dressing gown with two strings attached with no feasible or logical way to tie around you to make it into a wearable dress. Hoping I get a refund but let's see.

I tried the dress on and it fit,s seemed beautiful. Stupidly,I didnt really check anything other than the fit and if it matched my shoes.. It was only when I ironed it that I noticed how shoddily made it was. The seams were frayed, there were runs where threads had been pulled, it was stained in two areas! But by then I had already removed the tags and a return wasn't possible.

Ordered a top and received wrong one. They apologised and said they would send correct one. A few hours later they emailed and advised they are now out of stock....just great as it was ordered for a party in 2 days. . They did send a free return label but now have to buy ink for my printer. Hope they refund my original postage S it was their error.

I also sent for 5 x items non of which fit and paid my own postage to return and found my refund £39 short!!! No telephone number Waiting to see if emails will sort my shortfall!!!

Sent a faulty dress and did not refund postage. They recommend to return by signed for mail. So basically £8 in total for nothing!

Very poor customer service another customer lost! I ordered a dress was meant to arrive no later than Saturday this was stated online it arrived the following Tuesday customer service blamed it on Easter postage then they shouldn't have said you'll get it by certain date! Found customer service to be rude and not caring thank you for ruining and making things more stressful on an important day

Terrible quality clothing - badly made and appalling material - cheap and nasty polyster. Customer service was dreadful - no returns print out, no acknowledgment of returns nor of repayment. No contact number on website or means of speaking directly to customer services. When they finally replied to me, at least the money had been repaid. However, the whole experience has left me with a bad taste - Dancing Leopard is (at best) an extremely amateur retailer.

No replies to any emails- 3 items out if 4 not what I ordered. This is theft!!!! Totally disgusting. The one I did get has come up small and poor quality - do not use these!!!!! Had same experience with silk fred so voided but turns out it's the same company

Similarly to many here I echo the sentiment. The clever instagram ads, the beautiful model and the great designs do not stack up at all when you order it. The fabrics are cheap and stiff, the material is not great and the sizes are totally weird. None of the clothes fit properly either way too long (I'm a small 10) or too tight. in addition to that I paid £4 to receive the items, had to pay £14 to send them back and then they didn't refund me the full amount. So in the end I ended up paying £30 for the joys of receiving a package and trying them on in my bathroom and making my way to the post office to send it back. Do not fall for it. There are so many other great companies out there like, Neverfullydressed or even Asos.

Won't order from them again! Very poor quality and they charge you the postage to send the item out, and to return! Ended up paying £8 just to receive and send the item back. Don't recommend!!!
