“I received my items really quickly which was great. They are all lovely and size as stated on the website. One item was faulty, and I emailed customer service who responded really quickly with options to rectify the issue. I was really looked after and would definitely use them again.”

“I've ordered from Dancing Leopard a few times before and always received a pretty prompt response to any emails i've sent. A next day delivery didn't arrive as Royal Mail had said it was and marked as delivered. I emailed to get the issue sorted and at first was told to fill in a form for them to raise the issue with Royal Mail and to investigate further and then they would discuss options with me. I was a bit unhappy to hear at first that they weren't going to send me one out and would need to investigate further, but was then told in the following email once i'd filled the form in they would send another out to me with next day delivery, and I then also received a postage refund for the delivery. Was really pleased with how this was handled by Oli, and also received a discount code for a future purchase as an apology from them. The first address arrived a few days later and I was then sent a free returns label to send this back to them. Really prompt customer service and I really like their clothing. :)”

“Received an incorrect item in my order but after emailing customer services they dealt with this efficiently by sending me the correct item along with a free return label the next day. Absolutely love the correct dress along with all my other items and cannot fault the team for helping me so swiftly. Keep up the good work!!”
