“ A Refund took 2 weeks on a pair of boots. I ordered a diffetent pair of knee length boots and paid but they didnt turn up only to find out after calling customer service that they only had an ODD PAIR left so they cancelled my order! No email to tell me, nothing! Bad company. Will never use again! ”

This made me disappointed but the worse was that I had to pay £13.60 to return each pair which cost me almost £28. It’s a lot of money just for a return service as a result I do not think that I will be ever buying anything from their online service. ”
