“ Really happy with the shoes I ordered. When choosing shoes online you almost always order two sizes in case one doesn’t fit. I have no issues with paying for delivery but when I have to pay almost £9 to return a pair of shoes tracked, that is just too much. Whether the shoes you purchase are full price or not I feel returns should be free. I’m not sure whether I will use your website again. ”
