So, tried to delete my account, through their website, at least 10 times, with no deletion taking place. When you follow the steps it should send you an email to confirm cancelation. I have never gotten that email. I have tried those steps a bunch of times. I send email to support several times and get automatically generated emails saying to follow the steps. You cannot cancel once you subscribe. You have to get a whole new CC.”
