“My friend, to whom they were delivered, was delighted with them. They were "very different" from the normal bouquet.”

“The flowers were beautiful, the online process was quick and efficient, and good personalisation options. The only downside was the courier service in my opinion, they didn't contact me regarding the problems of delivery. Otherwise, will be using Debenham's Flowers again soon!”

“The flowers were sent for my aunt who had recently had a replacement knee operation. They were beautiful and have lasted a long time. She did not realize that Debenhams did flowers by post and was so impressed with them that she has recently made an order for herself.”

“I am currently the Almoner of a Masonic Lodge in London. I originally began using Debenhams Flowers to make my life easier; a simple on-line transaction results in a speedy delivery of a plant or bouquet together with a card, containing a personal message, to most destinations in the UK. In all cases I have been contacted by the recipients saying how pleased they have been with the product. Having done a brief price comparison of similar companies I am totally satisfied with the service I receive from Debenhams.”

“Whenever I send flowers to anyone, I always use Debenhams. The site is easy to use, a good choice too. I think they are more reasonable than some other sites. The flowers are always fresh and arrive on time. A great service I am happy to use. Many thanks Debenhams.”

“I bought the flowers because they were two of my Mum's favourites, roses and freesias. They were delivered in good time on her Birthday and she said they were beautiful. When the freesias opened, she said they filled the room with scent. Two weeks on, the freesias are just still there but the roses are almost as they were when they were delivered. Mum was delighted and I was happy they were exactly as they looked online.”

“These are the best bouquet of flowers I've ever purchased. They were fresh, large and very impressive. Also, the business had moved where I delivered them, but the driver was conscientious enough to ensure they got to their destination! I'm super happy with this and would use this service again.”
