Original order of 2 separate bunches the flowers for Mothers day and a nearby Birthday. Both were half dead on delivery, and not reflective of the picture. Additionally delivery company clearly did not take any note of delivery instructions and did not care about how they delivered. When I complained I had to chase, but was eventually fully refunded and offered complimentary credit. I subsequently used this credit, and paid extra, for a large bunch of white roses and purple freschias. Photo looked stunning but freschias were white and bunch was no larger than a standard supermarket bunch!! Flowers were delivered upside down by delivery company and box was falling apart. Very disappointed by quality of flowers, and their courier, for a high quality brand such as Debenhams

I ordered for a staff members big birthday , no tracking nu sent and I had to check if with her 2 days later if she had any word ruining the surprise !! I admit they gave full refund plus credit to us but as 1st time using them, not sure if I would again. I had to arrange a belated gift instead.

The service and delivery were fine. The only problem was that the flowers were curling up and dying within four days

Received text and email to say flowers had been delivered on Saturday. Checked with friend who they had been sent to as birthday present and she hadn't received. They actually turned up on Monday morning, very dry and a tad dishevelled. Spoilt the surprise of receiving on her birthday and required some TLC to get them back to a reasonable state. Will not be using Debenhams flowers again, will revert to usual suppliers.

I ordered flowers for delivery on Saturday 25th March in time for Mothers Day. However they didn't arrive even though received email stating they had been delivered. Called customer service on Sunday and they were very helpful and advised I left it until later that day as there had been a problem. However when they didn't arrive I tried on numerous occasions to contact customer service on the Sunday and Monday but there was a problem with the call being connected. I have ended up today with my money refunded, which was done speedily but unfortunately NO plant for my mum.

Flowers were lovely but delivery man left them at the door in full view of the street find not knock the door despite my daughter being in the house. She was not aware they were there until 7pm that night !

The flowers were damaged, so I had to get another present but to be fair, after sending some photographs I got a full refund so would probably give you another chance.

Arrived a day later than the day specified despite being ordered in plenty of time,(obviously because i didnt pay extra) only 10 roses supplied instead of the 12 stated

Very poor quality nothing like the photo I'm sorry to say I won't be ordering flowers from you again my friend was happy to receive them but I felt very disappointed

I was so disappointed that my order was delivered with no message and that the recipient was unaware (for over a week) who the flowers where from. It was extremely embarrassing having to eventually call to ask if the flowers had been received. Not the surprise I was hoping for unfortunately. Thank you.

The flowers only lasted 3 days before they started to die - not acceptable or what i expected from Debenhams flowers.

You delivered flowers refusing to tell my sister who had sent them. This is really sick. My poor sisters husband died the day befor .

If a sender has not completed a gift message and the recipient wants to know the sender's identity, it is our policy to contact the sender for permission to disclose their details as often our customers wish to remain anonymous. In your case we attempted to call you and sent you an email. We appreciate that this is a difficult time for you and your sister but every effort was made to resolve the issue.

I ordered Sugared Almond Ultimate Birthday Size Large - £6.00 for my mother's 85th birthday. Although I paid extra for "large" we found the bouquet very disappointing with just a few stems. The teddy was okay and a balloon, which was also tiny but to be expected I suppose. But it left me seriously wondering what "normal" size would have looked like. It does clearly state how many stems but it just looked very small and weak with no extra green and all fitted in my mum's normal small vase. They were delivered on time, in a box, so no complaints there; just don't really feel it was value for money except that I had a 20% code which helped. If I had paid full price I really would have been unhappy. Sorry Debenhams, I won't be using you again.

advertised as bud flowers, when they arrived they were in full bloom and only lasted a few days.
