I was satisfied with the flowers and the speed of delivery, however, the reason I chose Debenhams over the teems of other online flower delivery companies was because they offered free Guylian chocolates with your order which clinched it for me. They didn't arrive. As per their small print T&Cs, if they don't have the chocolates in stock at the time of purchase, they don't send them which is fine but for two things. I had to get in touch with them to find out the whereabouts of the chocolates and also I wonder how many other people are duped into a deal that doesn't deliver. As a 'gesture of good will' they have offered me a £5 discount on my next purchase which to me says spend more of my money with a company that has let you down. No thanks

What we should have done was to send an alternative rather than nothing. I appreciate it wouldn't have been acceptable as your decision was based on the brand of chocolates. Sorry that you won't use us again but thanks for taking the time to explain the situation so we can strive to improve this.

The rainbow roses were lovely. Only one thing that disappointed my partner is that one of the flowers head was hanging off. My partner was taken in to hospital so the last thing on my mind was to complain. Due to this I more than likely won't order flowers again. I understand this is a minor thing but when i send flowers I don't want them damaged.

It's an unfortunate reality with what we do that flowers can get damaged in transit from time to time. We hope your partner is recovered and we have sent you an email with a little something to say sorry.

Nearly half of the flowers were past their best and died within a day of receiving them - very disappointed.

My friend sent me a picture of the flowers. I was very disappointed with the way they looked. They looked nothing like the picture on your website.....they looked very sparse. The bouquet on the picture looked beautiful, in real life they looked like they had been bought from a petrol station

The ordering service was easy. Very disappointed by the quality of the flower bouquet for the price paid. Could have got a better bigger bunch of flowers from the supermarket. Won't be using again

The flowers arrived with no water in them and there was quite a smell coming from them. Once the flowers were added to water they came alive after a few days but they did smell for a few days.

Sorry they didn't arrive well. We use other methods that retain moisture at the bottom of bouquets since having water splashing around can cause damage to the packaging. However there are occasion where flowers don't travel well. One of our team will be in touch.

Bouquet was quite small, only used debenhams because of the Sunday delivery. Flowers were sent from England to an address in Scotland, and delivered late in the afternoon. Not the kind of service I'd receive if I went with my usual company

Sorry to hear you were unhappy. Unfortunately we don't use local florists, and can't offer a morning delivery service to all locations.

I ordered the large flowers & prosecco. Although it states the Lilly's are closed it took over a week for them to open. By that time the roses where on the way out and it was never truely a full bouquet. Very upset for the amount of money spent.

Roses delivered were water damaged and died within 3 days. I got a replacement bouquet but you don't get many flowers for your money, wouldn't buy from you again.

Website good, delivery good and flowers looked amazing but they started to drop in about 2 days which is not acceptable when they cost just under £100. The lillies started to die first, closely followed by the roses. Could get 5 times as many for the money in a supermarket and they'd last at least a week.

Paid for 2 medium sized flowers and both were so much smaller than what I expected (looked like a standard size, if you ask me). Also, they started wilting and dying within 3 days sadly.

I ordered a large bunch of flowers and paid £5 extra and received a small bunch with 4 roses and did not look like the actual pictures displayed online

Admittedly it was a last minute order for next day delivery,ordered a pretty rose plant in pot which was substituted with an orchid(which can currently be purchased in my local Waitrose for£12.00 -I checked the next day) I feel it was poor value for money and would have appreciated being told it was to be substituted as I would not have opted for an orchid as an alternative. Service was very good in tracking delivery and getting there on time it just wasn't what I would have chosen to spend £33.00 on.Perhaps keeping customer informed of their order would help

The flowers were lovely however the vase was broken. This was a gift for my mum as it was her birthday. When questioned was informed this is how it was dispatched from your team to them. Disappointed! When emailed customer service no reply as of yet.

Bunch looked nice, ordered large, paid extra £ 5, but Bunch was still quite small! Such a shame!!!! It was a present and delivered to my sister's house for an Anniversary present, and I felt very stingy!

Again I used Debenhams for flowers for my Mum. I did send a note to customer services before but never received a reply. I thought I'd try them again but alas no better. Very disappointed. Delivered on time but three days in and I can't see them lasting much longer. Shame!
