I was quite disappointed with the freshness of the flowers. They did not look like the pictures and I did not think the purchase was value for money.

Understand from recipient that flowers were nice. However, they were left at neighbours with no card through recipients door. Dispatch email sent to me (sender) but no follow up delivery confirmation email. Flowers spent three days in neighbours garage!

The flowers were good quality but the value for money was poor - hardly any flowers, not really much of a gift.

I ordered the ferrero rocher bouquet for my 8yr old nephew for his birthday as he loves them only for them to arrive with one side damaged (bashed in) and after paying £40 I was not happy and shall not be using nor recommend this service again

The flowers were lovely but I wish I had ordered from elsewhere. They arrived a day late despite getting despatch notice the day before. They were from 3 granddaughters to their grandmother on her 90th birthday. She must have thought they had forgotten and the surprise was spoiled because I had to let her know they had been ordered. Very disappointing

We're sorry to hear that your grandmother didn't get her flowers on her birthday. We appreciate that ruins the surprise. The postal option you picked was the free untracked delivery where it goes out in normal post. We do advise when ordering that this can arrive a day after your requested date and it isn't the best option for time-sensitive orders.

The ordering and delivery process was fine. I was told that the flowers were nearly practically dead and was extremely hard to rescue them. I won't be ordering again.

I felt the flowers were easy to order and were delivered as agreed and Sunday delivery perfect for my son's birthday. I saw the flowers after the delivery - loved the presentation etc BUT The flowers were guaranteed for seven days - one flower wasn't that healthy on arrival and I removed it from the bunch immediately and another had to be removed from the bunch on Monday. I am disappointed with the quality of blooms - my experience of sunflowers is that they are usually robust and last for some time - hence I am very disappointed. I look forward to hearing from you. Very dissapointed with the quality and size of rose. Container was nothing like the picture on the website. Will not be ordering from debenhams again.

I ordered the Birthday Gems package which should've included flowers, mini birthday balloon and teddy bear for a friend. She received the flowers which were beautiful however the teddy bear was missing and the balloon was a congratulations balloon, terrible error!

I did not order standard, due to the one hour discount the price was regarded as less than I paid for. When I pointed this out to Customer Services, they did not take the discount into account and insisted I had paid for standard; not large.

The quality of the flowers was very good. HOWEVER the vase that they were delivered in was not clear glass as shown in the online picture, but bright red. Now I'm sure stock demands are tricky but this vase was neither fitting of the bouquet itself nor something I would ever order. It simply didn't match and I don't like red. I emailed your customer service team to give them my feedback, indicating that the quality of the flower was good but that it was the vase I took issue with. I got a very short response which appeared to be cut from prepared text, stating that the small print indicates the vases may change. No apology. Infact no niceness at all. For that reason alone I would not order from you again. Those flowers are not cheap and I expect to receive what I ordered and in lieu of that, some decent customer service.

After the flowers looked fantastic for 3.5 days they wilted,heads fell off, we called debenhams but it seemed to fall on deaf ears, would I recommend them no, would I purchase again ..... Definitely no.

We're not sure what you were advised when you called in previously, but one of our team will call you about this. Regardless of your decision to use us in the future we'd like to help you with this order - our flowers should absolutely last longer than 4 days.

Not overly happy at all. For the price, the bouquet was very small. The card was appalling - it was for my parents 25th Wedding Anniversary and it wasn't even a proper card that you would normally receive, it was very impersonal.

We're sorry to hear that you didn't feel the bouquet was good value for money. Unfortunately the message card included in our flowers is not an actual greetings card. This isn't unusual when ordering flowers, but apologies if you felt this should have been made clearer.

I placed an order on 22 April 2016, order # 100228764 which should include flowers, chocolates, mini birthday balloon, cake in a can and a large size vase. However, the vase was included in the delivery. I sent an email to check on the missing item and no one has given me a reply todate. Please contact me asap. Regards, Alice

Hi Alice, sorry to hear about your experience. We did send a reply to your email the day after we received it. It may be in a spam/junk folder. Unfortunately there was no vase selected on your order, just the other items you've mentioned. Neither were you charged for it. Apologies if this didn't seem clear when you placed your order

It's the first time I have used Debenhams for flowers, and whilst using the website was a breeze, delivery time was excellent (next day) and they arrived no problem I have to say the product was disappointing. £24 for a dozen white roses which when turned up looked to be the same quality as a £4.99 bunch from tesco. Needless to say my anniversary surprise turned into an anniversary let down. Debenhams have compensated by refunding most of the money but yet to hear anything in the way of an explanation.
