Not the best flowers for the amount paid, however delivered on time.

I bought the flowers to cheer my sister up as she had been ill. She sent me a picture and to be totally honest I was really disappointed with the bouquet. She seemed happy but unfortunately I wasnt. Although they were reasonably priced I expected better. Sorry

The flowers arrived on time but dead in a couple of days. Compared to the flowers we got from M&S, Next and Inter flora from other family members worst decision I made getting them from Debenhams. Poor Quality Product completely wasted my money.

Fortunately I didn't see the bouquet I sent my Mum but she said they were lovely. However, I did see the bouquet that I arranged my Nan to receive and I wasn't impressed. First of all the flowers were left in the Greenhouse instead of the porch and they weren't seen for twenty four hours and were all drooping by the time they were found! I arrived in the afternoon they were found and not only were they drooping but there were very few stems and nothing like the original picture on the website! I just hope my Mums were not as scrappy looking as my Nans! Very disappointed.

Flowers and shipment were perfect, but vase was not as ordered (wrong colour, wrong style and too small on top of it!), and no £4.99 mini birthday balloon in sight. I would've given 3 stars, but it can't be categorized as "normal", is it?

A lot smaller than it looked on the webpage... Not quite as good as Next flower deliveries. Next supply a lot more flowers and a cute vase etc for the same price. Bit disappointed due to them being a Mothers day present. Would stick with Next in the future...

Some of the flowers were dead and one was mouldy on delivery and they lasted less than a week. Not value for money and I won't be buying flowers from here again.

Flowers arrived 6pm at night on mothers day and. Flowers died within a day of arriving. I complained to Debenhams Flowers and they dealt with the complaint well and agreed to send a new bunch of flowers and some chocolates. However, again the flowers died within days. poor quality flowers.

Flowers did not arrive on the day requested and from the transit notes appeared to be sat in a Royal Mail depot for a day! Not what I would expect for a delivery of flowers.

I've used Debenhams Flowers twice now and in both cases the flowers have been awful and not what is shown on the screen. Whilst the paid fast delivery service is great and you can see when it would be delivered, the quality of the end product is poor. I tried them twice also, because some times companies have off days. However Debenham flowers seem to be consistent in providing a very poor quality product, even if the delivery service is A*! I would not recommend them as a company I would use again to arrange flower deliveries. I would avoid them at all cost!

The colours of the bouquet did not match the colours shown online, not as vibrant or as pretty. It was bought for my Mum for Mothers Day , very disappointing.

Unfortunately the flowers were delivered the day after the requested delivery date. This meant the recipient was not at home to receive them as they had gone away overnight. The delivery person left the flowers outside the house where they would have stayed overnight on a freezing night had a neighbour not spotted them and taken them inside.

Ordered flowers for a specific date and they were delivered on another day. Website asked if I wanted the flowers left on the door step if no one was at home, I said yes. I then received a message from the delivery company saying that they had been unable to leave them on the door step as this was against their policy. Contacted Debenhams to complain they offered a credit as a good will gesture. Weeks later I haven't received the credit. Suffice to say I won't be using them again or recommending them!

Very small bouquets for the price. Colors different to advertised on one bunch, the other bunch one of the main flower stems was broken.

I was disappointed with the number of flower stems. i do not think this bouquet was value for money. i would not order flowers from Debenhams again.

The flowers, when they arrived, were beautiful. However I paid extra to have them guaranteed in time for Mothers Day as neither my sister or myself could be with my Mum. They didn't arrive so I asked for my extra delivery costs to be returned. Instead, they offered a new bunch of flowers with chocolates and wine by way of apology. All is forgiven I thought, that is lovely. My Mum was retiring so could I have it guaranteed for the day she retired please? Oh yes, but it arrived 3 days later. With a note saying Happy Mothers Day. It was free so I can't complain too much, but such beautiful flowers and good customer service are badly let down by poor estimated delivery times - if you need something delivered on a particular day don't go with Debenhams, if timing wasn't an issue then I would give 5 stars.

Ordered special Mother's Day Bouquet - looked gorgeous on the website (and pretty expensive too!) but not only was it delivered 2 days late (I realise this was not Debenham's Flowers remit) but the flowers were utterly unremarkable (bottle of wine I had requested also missing!) and obviously by this stage curled up and brown around the edges. We had to purchase a replacement bouquet for my mother-in-law (£5 from Lidl and looked amazing!) Moral of the story - do not buy flowers from Debenhams Flowers.
