“Not a lot of flowers for my money, wouldn't use again.”

“Despite specifying an offered delivery date the flowers arrived a day late meaning my mum did not receive them on Mother's Day. Two days after arrival half of the flowers were dead. I have ordered before and everything was fine so perhaps this instance was a blip.”

“I had emailed to complain about the flowers that were sent as the quality was poor and some petals on the roses were dead already. I have not had a response from you yet despite sending a reminder.”

“The roses were quite crushed and did not look at all pretty. The Lilly's never opened up and I know you can't guarantee what the flowers are going to do but it was a bit disappointing.”

“The flowers that I ordered for Mothers Day were dying already, the petals had brown edges. Very embarrassing to be told that by your mum. The lilies did not open either. I called Debenhams who were very responsive and sent a replacement a few days later, which seemed fine. The customer service was good after the fact, but I will not use Debenhams Flower service again as the company they are using are clearly not to the standard I’d expect from Debenhams.”

“I ordered a bouquet to be sent to my Mum for Mothers Day. The flowers were delivered as requested on Saturday 5 March but my Mum was so disappointed with the bouquet. The petals of the carnations were going brown and the roses were dropping. Luckily the lillies were ok. I was really upset that the flowers fell short of the usual high Debenhams standard. After several emails, and a phone call, to Debenhams Flowers Customer Services I have no received my money back.”

“Ordered flowers for mothers day, number of roses were discoloured on arrival, images sent to customer services, nothing ever heard back. Flowers ordered at the same time for girlfriends birthday arrived a day late from specified delivery date. Emailed customer services again, nothing ever heard back. Will not be using again.”

“the flowers were bought as a present for my mum, I was not happy with the overall quality of when received. Some of the flowers in the bunch were missing when received, the size of the bunch didn't reflect the price, the flowers didn't look in the best condition when arrived. Have definitely been put off using the service again.”

“**I will not be using this service again**. Don't get me wrong, I was enamoured that delivery took place on Mother's Day! However, that does not excuse the fact that half(50%) of the flowers were dead on arrival giving the impression I didn't care. Inexcusable.”

“This is the first time I've ordered flowers from Debenhams and must say I was extremely disappointed. I ordered two bunches for mothers day for my mum and my mother in law. I felt that the flowers just didn't look fresh after a few days. Especially the roses. I had also said for the flowers to be left with a neighbour because we were out for lunch but we came home to find a great big box that had just been left by the doorstep. Anyone could have walked off with them. Disappointed and won't be ordering from Debenhams again”

“I was away for Mothers day and see on the Martin Lewis website £5 off Debenhams Flowers that should have been £25. I bought a bouquet for Mum and Mother-in-law and whilst away my sister took a picture of the flowers to show me. Overall I was very disappointed, the lillies didn't open, but the roses were amazing. The bouquet was tiny and my mum didn't have a vase small enough. Its a shame, but I will know for next time. Still a nice gesture, however in future I think a voucher for any high street store would be better received.”

“Valentine's Day roses only lasted a few days, certainly not a week as advertised. Would have complained if I had been aware of the mechanism for doing so at the time.”

“there were only 10 flowers and the rest was foliage. very disappointed as they were especially for a mother's day gift. was not a true representation of the picture online. the flowers looked pitiful.”

“Although the flower arrangement contained the number of flowers described I was very disappointed with the overall appearance of this bouquet. I ordered this as a birthday present for my Mum, and so decided to order the large version. I felt that the arrangement did not reflect the price I paid, and I will not order flowers from here again.”

“picture was a poor representation of the real flowers which were nearly white (not pink) with no instructions of how to add flowers to squashed box - with water pouch or not or any other clues.”
